I called yesterday to see if they…read morewere accepting new patients, and luckily, they had a cancellation, so I was able to book an appointment for the next morning at 8 AM. Upon arrival, we followed the office's request to call first, and we were welcomed in right away. The nurses and doctors were ready for us, and the entire visit took less than 30 minutes. Scheduling the next appointment was just as smooth--the receptionist was wonderful, and we even shared a good laugh over something silly I said. She promptly sent over the new patient documentation, which, while tedious, is a standard step at any office. The facility is bright, clean, and inviting. My little one was especially fascinated by the fish tank in the lobby, which made waiting a breeze. The staff was incredibly patient and interactive--exactly what you need for a toddler's first dental experience. The dentist was very informative and even taught me things I didn't know, like the importance of flossing for a two-year-old. As a first-time parent, I truly appreciated the guidance. Most importantly, my child left happy! We'll be back in six months for our next visit. When you find a great office, you have to share--so I highly recommend checking them out!

Each dentist was worse than the one before. They were all unprofessional, talking down to me as a client, even saying racist comments like "you people" should take care of your teeth better. That was the first dentist. He is here making money from our insurance and didn't have enough professionalism to introduce himself. The second dentist was a female dentist who simply walked out of the room when I said I didn't have 3,000.00 to put down on an implant that day. I told her I wanted to save the tooth. I was told to come back. All this time, I was in pain. I come back a week later to see another dentist to extract the tooth. Now, here is when I experienced the most uncompassionate, unprofessional health personnel that I have ever met. Certainly, this person has no concept of how compassion is used to facilitate a sensitive and painful situation. This dentist did not want to wait for the Novocain to take effect. She was trying to rush the extraction which was very, very painful! I asked her to wait and she persisted and I had to block her attempt!!!! This is the only method that made her stop. I begged her to give another injection and wait to completely numb the site. She waited only another 8-10 minutes then resumed. It was still very painful and I could tell that she was rushing! She plopped the tooth out, dropped it on the table and left!!! Horrible attitude, no bedside manners ! Dr. Frankenstein from Pakistan. I will file a complaint with the American Dental Association. Dentistry is all about the money first in this place. There is a strong presence of racism and classism! Note: the assistants are good people and pretty well trained; however, they are afraid of their "superior" minded dentists! I wouldn't go here! I would even go to Mexico, Panama, Turkey, etc. the next time before going here! Buyer Beware
