I initially called and they said they were not in our network, so we needed to pay out of pocket and get partially reimbursed by our insurance. But a week later I got a call back from them and they said that they recently added themselves to our network, which was very nice of them to do. The day of the visit Dr. Grant and Toothling were great with my sons first dental visit. The office was beautifully decorated and is nothing like your traditional dental office. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The exam it self was fast as expected bc my son wasn't having it. But Dr. Grant was informative in explaining what we needed to do. In the end they took a Polaroid photo of us and handed us a bag of goodies for my son. To our surprise a few days after the visit we got a thank you card in the mail with the Polaroid picture they took of us. Very nice touch! read more

This is the best dentist in the South Bay! The space has a very welcoming vibe with the perfect blend of colors and decor. I brought my 3 and 8 year olds for their checkup. There was a great set of dental toys in the main entrance room that kept them both busy until it was time to see Dr Grant. I love how both kids were seated together in the dental room. I initially found this office on Yelp and drove 30 minutes to try it after taking my son to several mediocre dental offices where we felt rushed, misled about his dental needs, and uncertain about sedation options. My son gets nervous during dentist visits and is very particular about certain things. He likes to ask many questions, and it's crucial that he feels comfortable and secure. Unfortunately, this can sometimes frustrate other dentists who want to finish the work. However, Dr. Grant took her time with him, ensuring that he felt safe and explaining all the tools she would be using and the different options available to him.
