Everyone was personable and worked to ensure that the children were at ease. The check in area has a great little play room and the waiting room also has toys. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and kind. They provide parents with tips and advice on how to care for their children's teeth at a variety of ages. I brought my 16 month old son in for his first dental visit and I was very pleased with the entire experience. The office was clean and beautifully decorated, with a calming atmosphere. The waiting room had plenty of toys to keep my son entertained, and he was happily playing the whole time we waited (we did have to wait 30 minutes). The "exam rooms" were just as kid-friendly. They were thoughtfully designed with lots of toys to prevent meltdowns and keep little ones comfortable. The dental staff was kind, patient, and clearly experienced with toddlers. They knew exactly how to manage a wiggly 16 month old while still making the visit as fun as it can be. The dentist himself was courteous, gentle and explained everything clearly. The exam was quick and painless- my son didn't cry once. I'm pretty sure the strawberry-flavored toothpaste helped win him over. To fully win him over he was given a small toy at the end of his visit, which he still loves and plays with at home. We will be returning. read more

Truly the worst experience my family has ever had with a medical team. The practice initially seemed like such a great fit, so the lack of professionalism and follow-through was surprising and disappointing. After our appointment, I called to share our experience with the office manager and requested to speak directly with the dentist. I was told he would return my call -- he never did. Dr. Quinn was worth the drive. We came out from Whittier today because my two-year-old had some cavities and another dentist wanted to send her to the hospital for general anesthesia. Dr. Quinn was able to treat her with a more conservative treatment and he will be filling her cavities over time. He also saw my 4-year-old who will be getting a replacement crown next week. He made recommendations for toothpaste, probiotics, floss and other holistic products that will help keep my kids' teeth healthy. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable.
