Firstly the equipment they have is top of the line, you are able to have a clear view of your teeth after X-Rays. Secondly they did an excellent handling my worker's comp and doing their best make sure I got my coverage of the entire procedure I needed for my teeth and that's what I exactly got today. Came in, got me set and started my procedure. Please note, they are quick and deadly efficient with their procedure. Don't expect sweet talk, they are there to get your work done with high proficiency and be ready to open your mouth! Really great work and clear communication they provide, would recommend. Had I known I would likely be responsible for the full cost, I would have waited until I was financially ready. I asked if they could offer a discount given the misinformation, but after more than two months of trying to reach the manager, I was told there was nothing they could do because I had received the service. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability and willingness to address my concerns. I ended up canceling my follow-up appointment and won't be returning. I would recommend confirming that your insurance has actually been verified before agreeing to any treatment that could leave you paying out of pocket.

I asked about it and they explained that after you have the deep cleaning, the subsequent cleaning is always some mid-range, more intense than normal, but less intense than the laser type clean. That was certainly not explained to me when I agreed to the initial deep cleaning. Fortunately this scam cost me less than others in the reviews, but it's enough for me to look somewhere else.
