One of the funniest (and most reassuring) things is how excited he gets at drop-off--he bolts in like a kid seeing his friends at school and doesn't even glance back. He always comes home completely worn out. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the facility seems clean and well-maintained. we had a family emergency and needed to leave with a day notice. they were very fast to respond and…read morevery accommodating. when we showed up they were quick to take our dog to the back. they sent an email halfway through her stay updating us on her, letting us know she was happy and having a good time. when we showed up to pick her up she seemed a little out of it, not really acknowledging us when she usually gets super excited. the first thing we noticed was her right eye. it was bloody and almost looked infected, there was yellow pus coming out of her eye. we asked the young girl at the desk what happened and she had no idea. she went to the back to ask someone else what happened and when she came back all she said was "we had a lot of big dogs here today, they were all playing together" we never selected anything involving group play, she is a very friendly dog but as a business you should think about the liability. we never gave any type of permission for group play and to find out the dogs were roughhousing...not a good look. we will not be coming back here and the vet bills WILL be coming to them. (pictures were taken after cleaning up her eye) UPDATE: Terissa called and gave us a more detailed explanation of Harleys stay there. she explained that they have turf in the back and something could've gotten in her eye, that could be the reason for her eye being irritated. she offered to cover vet bills and Harleys stay there. she was definitely very apologetic and we really appreciate her customer service. that is how you do business. thank you Terissa!

Danger!! I have two…read moredogs, both of whom have gone to Unleashed since I rescued them in Jan 2017 and Aug 2018. My little one, a ten year old Bichon Frise, has been grievously injured there twice. The first time was on Dec 30. She was attacked by a large dog, required surgery, came home with multiple drains in her neck and body. After that attack, I was told that they were increasing from three to five the number of dog "groupings" to group them by not just temperament but by size as well. I was also told there was additional staff training and that they were increasing dog supervision staffing. That clearly did not happen. Yesterday, my dog was attacked again. I was told it was by a Golden. My little dog was in with much larger dogs. She came home from surgery with twenty-seven staples across four wounds, which were each two inches long. While I was waiting at the vet, I was aghast to see a just-posted review by Jason, whose beagle was attacked there twice, in February and the day before my dog's most recent attack. That's four in five months: Dec, Feb, two days in a row in May. Why does Unleashed refuse to keep small dogs separate from large dogs? While it's true that Unleashed covered the vet bills, this utter disregard for pet safety is reprehensible. I reported the most recent incident to Fulton County Animal Control last night; they took a thorough report. I am also pursuing this with Animal Protection/Dep't of Ag, the agency that licenses kennels, groomers, daycares, etc. My beloved pets will never again go to Unleashed. I believe they should be shut down unless they make meaningful changes to keep safe the dogs in their care. Allowing large dogs to commingle with small dogs is a recipe for heartbreak and disaster. They knew after the Dec 30 attack on my dog that it was a problem, yet did nothing - thus allowing three more attack incidents. Shameful. There may have been other attacks that I'm not aware of. I'm not one to post reviews, good or bad, but people should know - especially if their dogs are small - that Unleashed is not a safe facility.

After taking care of my baby Owen for every two weeks for 15 years she was really there for me step-by-step as it became time for him to cross over the rainbow bridge. And I'm sure she is happier overall after a deep clean and pampering - as she can finally see under her overgrown hair, for example... I made called and made a last minute appointment for her the morning of and I was thankful they were able to squeeze her in that afternoon. It took quite a while for a full wash and tidy trim but she came out looking extra fluffy and clean. I probably should have gotten a full cut since her hair was WAY too long but I'm picky and don't trust groomers easily. However, Happy Dog Spa did a great job for a last minute booking and I would be happy to use them again the next time I have an emergent need.

I love that PetSuites offers Puppy Preschool, where there's structured playtime and structured rest time. This also helps keep him on his potty schedule. He's always so happy when I drop him off in the morning (and this is coming from a puppy with major separation anxiety). I've been really impressed with the staff at this PetSuites. They're all friendly, genuinely seem to care about the animals, and will send me the cutest pictures of my little man at play. With COVID, they offer Curbside pickup and dropoff (or you can go in with a mask on). They have indoor and outdoor play areas (another thing I like about it here). It's a relatively new facility so it's super clean and modern-looking. I have a friend that takes their dog here for normal daycare, boarding, and grooming, and they love it! I would definitely recommend PetSuites!

Apparently my dog caught a bacterial infection after being groomed here. After spending $400 at the vet I don't think I will utilize this facility anymore. I like the people and they seem to like the animals, but I can't afford for my dog to have an infection. The time before this she apparently wasn't taken out and had an accident in my car. I expect more from professional people.
