First and foremost, there were multiple occasions when the service simply failed to show up without any prior notification. I would block off my schedule, only to find out that no one would be arriving. Frustratingly, I had to reach out repeatedly to find out what had happened, and it seemed like they could not care less about my time or my pets' needs. On the rare occasions they did show up, it was usually without any communication. No call or text to confirm their arrival. It felt like they thought I was only supposed to be readily available for them. Their lack of accountability and communication simply added to the frustration. Even more infuriating was the fact that I was charged for services not rendered. I was shocked to see charges on my account for days when no one had come to clean up. When I brought this to their attention, the customer service was abysmal. Instead of resolving the issue or offering a refund, I was met with dismissiveness and vague responses. It was almost as if they were trained to avoid responsibility. Overall, I cannot recommend Poop 911 pet waste removal. The service is unreliable, the customer support is atrocious, and the overall experience has left me feeling taken advantage of. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for a company that values its customers and provides the service they promise.
