After waiting nine days with no word I tried calling the place (they were open) but received no response, I tried calling later that day but again no one picked up. I then called two days later (so it's been 11 days since we originally went) and again received no response. I had called four separate times at this point. We live pretty close so I just went to the store. The same employee was there and again was rude to me. He interrupted me and did not seem to care that I received no response on the phone and that our pieces were four days late. He asked me to sign the receipt but it didn't have my name on it so I asked if I should still sign. Again he interrupted me and was rude, even sneering at me. My friends have already left for college and they didn't get their pieces. So yeah, not a good experience and I won't be coming back.

I'd go with five stars for Plaza but for two li'l reasons I'll stick with 4: - they don't stock Staedler graphite pencils, and I just can't do General graphites. - some of the colors of Holbein gouache paint have been out of stock for a while. In all fairness, this might be because these Holbeins aren't currently available from Plaza's distributor. But I keep coming back!

I gave him a print-out of the angular panes I needed in glass (see photo). I'm not sure how much clearer I could have been, but you be the judge. I walked him through it in detail, explaining each number and what they meant. I assumed he could either do it, or send it to someone who could. They came back as rectangles (see photo). He offered me no refund for his error, not even the spread between what I paid and his cost. He could've easily taken back the two 45" x 32" glass panes, which could've been used for other clients without issue. Instead, he cheated a long time customer out of $1750 without so much as an expression of regret.
