She intuitively picked out materials that appealed to us, including the tile, countertops, custom cabinetry, and fixtures. Along with Brian, the estimator, she came up with an ingenious use of the existing small space for an expanded walk-in shower and vanity area. Zoriana created a CAD rendering of the project, so we were able to clearly visualize what it will look like. Monks met our budget, and we are excited to proceed with the job. Still in the early stages, but I will update with pics when it is finished.

I have had no problems with the quality of the cabinets. Secondly, in my opinion Anthony put his heart and soul into making sure the cabinets were right for us. We met with him and he took a lot of time to speak with my wife and I about what we really wanted, the steps he and I would take to get the cabinets installed and his role in working with the builder to make sure everything went smoothly. Things go wrong in every new construction, especially during the pandemic year 2020. In our case, suppliers disappeared, there were medical problems, the builder didn't build everything to the exact specifications and the cabinet maker didn't deliver all of the cabinets ordered. But through these trials and travails, Anthony was always readily accessible and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. I can only hope this is an example of how he treats all of his customers.

We used the Decora cabinets Rene suggested, and we are thrilled with them. The quality of the cabinets is just about as good as any you could buy, and our contractor remarked more than once how well they were made, as well as how perfect the finish is. When one cabinet arrived damaged by the shipper, Rene got us a replacement in very little time to keep the project on schedule. We also had a custom range hood made, and found Decora super easy to deal with in terms of price and time. Beyond helping us get exactly what we wanted (and completely within budget), Rene's suggestions and ideas from a design perspective brought our project to another level. The cabinets are merely a product, but Rene is an asset. We incorporated very single suggestion she made, and could not be happier. We asked him to design our kitchen but he also does office and bathroom cabinetry. He also sells appliances and contracts work for installation, granite or tile work. We went on our own with granite only because our builder has a good deal with another company. Tip - order the cabinetry hardware online instead through him... saves you $$$. His Manhattan showroom is huge and worth a see. The one in Millburn is only a handful of kitchen designs (one country, one traditional and one modern) but it gives you a taste of what Kitchen Expressions can do.

Unfortunately, Madison didn't have the door we were interested in so off I went to Union. Will the sales manager was a pleasure to deal with and was 100% knowledgable about storm doors. We ended up with the top pf the line Larson door and we couldn't be more pleased. Tommy and Carl did the installation, They were so helpful and friendly. It took a few hours and the end product came out fantastic. You could tell that the door was perfectly installed. I always use Jaeger as I'm not a fan of the big box stores. The customer service was outstanding and I was told if anything ever went wrong that the problem would be fixed immediately. I don't expect any problems but it's nice to know that Will is available in case. Great job.
