So typical of NYC apartments in older buildings, the kitchen was awkward in shape and the walls frequently not square and sometimes not plumb, and the solution in our case necessitated custom cabinetry. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding, the plywood components being able to be disassembled when they would not fit through openings, and reassembled in-situ. Each piece was meticulously crafted, the materials used are top-notch, and the finish is flawless, adding an elegant touch to our kitchen, bathroom and bedroom-built-ins. When the original, functional hardware selected by myself for some of our most unique challenges did not perform as expected, the team at KF Kitchen Cabinets worked with me to find alternative solutions and we solved the issues together. The team at KF Kitchen Cabinets was incredibly professional and friendly throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand our vision and offered valuable suggestions to enhance the design. Communication was seamless, and if I were to choose one word to describe the experience it would be "collaborative".
