We enjoy Sweets and I am kinda surprised by the low 3.4 star rating as of writing this. So here's…read morean updated rundown of the store as of my experience 3 days ago: Good assortment of dark and milk lollies, nonpareils, and other confections (including pre packed truffle boxes) you could easily pick up, pay, and go. The truffle case was well stocked aside from their pumpkin spice truffle :( The fudge case as also well stocked. My personal favorites here are: Gourmet Dark Fudge Sea Salt Caramel Fudge Rocky Road Fudge Nut Fudge All the turtles The lavendar, cognac, pumpkin spice, and Irish cream truffles Nonpareils Caramel Apple This is how I see Sweets. It's definitely about Sees candy plus FUDGE. There are a few other chocolate shops that have a more gourmet selection and hit a bit better, but Sweets is for sure a sold 4 stars. It's a small space that can get cramped (if they ask you to wait outside, it's usually because theyve met fire code capacity fyi) but they do a great job giving people one on one service. Don't let the 3.4 star rating for you, you will get some good confections here :-)

An older man chastised us to stand in a specific spot. His passive-aggressive comments sounded fake and unwelcoming. His dismissive attitude made us feel unwelcome. I'm willing to spend money, but it's clear he doesn't want us to purchase more. We ended up buying some fudge and chocolate, but the bitterness of his attitude left a sour taste in my mouth. Never going there again!

I have been hearing about Bouchėe Confections and their monthly teas for a while and their June tea…read moredid not disappoint. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful as this was our 1st tea time. The shop is bright and airy but it was a a bit smaller than I expected. The tea setting was beautifully done but our table was extremely small which made teatime challenging at times. During the teas each person gets their own pot of unlimited tea. We did the Jasmine Glow tea and the Strawberry Chocolate Pu'erh. The teas were amazingly delicious! They were so good that we bought some to bring home. The bites were flavorful, just the right size, and complemented each other beautifully. You could taste the love and care that went into each one of the items. They also offer 2 speciality adult beverages each month. The Prosecco float was my favorite! This was a wonderful and delicious experience. We can't wait for next month's tea!

We sat down and ordered the tea we liked. We each got to choose our own tea and was told we could try as many as we want. I liked the pacing; I was able to have a long conversation with my friend without feeling rushed and no interruptions. Everything that came out was delicious. The scone was a little too flaky, in my opinion, but was still very tasty. It didn't look like a lot of food, but we were both very satisfied. I am definitely going to bring my Mom back for this. Also, the mini cakes here (not included in high tea) are absolutely gorgeous. They are not too sweet, and remind me of what I used to get at cafes in Japan. My favorite that I've tried so far is the blueberry cake. I love them all though. Can't wait to try more!

I was headed for Carson City, so I swung by. While I was there, I also got some of their amazing chocolates again. The lady was very nice, same as last time, and I asked for a sample of the jalapeño brittle. I took a bite, and. *WOW......* that stuff is "jalapeño business." :). It definitely has a kick to it. It's on the upper end of what I like for spicy, but I really enjoyed it a lot. The heat takes a couple of seconds to kick in, and then The sweetness of the brittle helps temper it a bit. I bought a bag, which should last me for quite a while, but when I'm ready for another, hopefully they will still carry it. Definitely worth trying. Thank you

They offer a huge selection of candies to choose from, also fudge and ice creams. Whenever I'm out and spot a jar of honey I must purchase it!? So yes, I got a jar of their local raw honey, it's divine! We were given multiple free samples, because who turns down free chocolate;) They were so kind and answered all of our questions. Everything we tried was so so good! The dark chocolate sea salt caramels behind the glass were my personal favorite!! Their peanut butter cups are made in house, so good! Even the malt balls were bomb! I'm not even a malt ball kind of gal but they are triple dipped in dark chocolate and oh so delightful! We bought our weight in chocolate today, I'm not even a little bit ashamed of it. Even though this business is a bit out of the way from Reno, we had such a wonderful experience we will absolutely be returning for more chocolate! I'm sad I've waited so long before trying this place.

Brunch is all day on Sundays however they do have a lunch menu starting at 12pm, so we ordered from each menu. The ahi nachos were great, thick pieces of tuna and a great sauce drizzled over. The Mushroom Lover's Omelette was fluffy and had a LOT of gruyere. The potatoes it came with were herbaceous and very well fried. While we didn't try the chocolate, their cocktails were cute and the DJ wasn't annoyingly loud. Someone celebrated their birthday here, which is the overall vibe of this place

When we arrived, every table was full, so we grabbed seats at the bar. It turned out to be a great spot to watch the bartenders create beautiful drinks, including some of their signature cocktails served in a glass purse for parties of two or more. The atmosphere was lively and energetic, with groups celebrating birthdays and other special occasions. After looking over the menu, we decided on the lox crostini bites and the bruschetta. We each ordered a glass of sparkling wine. I added a chocolate rim to mine, which was fun to look at, although it didn't add much flavor. While we waited for our food, we enjoyed watching the flowing chocolate waterfall. Considering how busy the bar was, our food arrived quickly. The crostini were crisp, and both appetizers were fresh and flavorful. The only drawback was the volume of the DJ, but we knew what to expect as soon as we walked through the door. This is definitely a fun place for parties and groups looking for a lively night out. One last observation: I probably wouldn't choose this spot for a group of men. The décor and overall vibe are very much geared toward women, but the name says it all.
