I chose the pull apart cinnamon roll. It was everything I dreamed that it would be. Soft, fluffy, cinnamony, and coated with cream cheese frosting. Paired with a vanilla latte, it was the absolute highlight of my week. There are some indoor low tables and high top tables if you would like to sit inside. They use freshly milled unbleached flour, sea salt, and water. I don't like when companies use "enriched" flour. With clean ingredients and no preservatives, it will not last as long so enjoy it while it is fresh!!! What comes next is where small establishments such as this shine, I was then greeted by the owner, Werner, himself. He was very friendly and pleasant to converse with, I asked for another food recommendation after hearing that the majority of the eats are made in house. Werner recommended the "Linzer Tart". Never hearing of one before I was intrigued, I was in the opportune position to try one. And it did not disappoint!
