They should have A: refunded me for the 2nd day air I paid for. or B: paid for the difference to now ship it overnight to get the order here in time. It was no way my fault that they dropped the ball and didn't ship on the date they it said they would. (And no, didn't order at the end of the day..) It's mind blowing to think that they feel it's okay to ask the customer to pay for their error, is simply the worst customer service I have heard of. Anyone that has ever worked in a shipping department knows that you always get the 1&2 day air orders out first, and then work on ground orders. Is APR really that big now, that they don't value their customers ?

After a couple days I reached back out to see if I could get more for my vehicle if I were to trade it as we all know they can show you more for a trade based on the markup they have in their own vehicle. Not at Rivertown Subaru. They offered me less. No problem right, simply walk away. A week later one of their salesman (Teron) then gave me a 1 star rating on my Facebook commerce account stating "vehicle has been in an accident and did not disclose". Not only is this a lie it doesn't even make sense. Any dealer out there is going to pull a Carfax to verify the vehicle condition so you'd have to be a fool to tell them it hadn't. It never even came up in our conversation as I simply supplied the VIN so they could verify condition. To say anything different is not only dishonest but slanderous. But that's exactly what you get with this dealership. To say I'd highly NOT recommend them would be an understatement.

Dustin, the manager, was unprofessional, unhelpful, and downright useless. He kept giving us the runaround, refusing to provide any updates on the repair status, and constantly dodging our questions. The mower sat at this business for 4 moths waiting for it to be repaired. Initially, Dustin told us the engine had been replaced, so we thought our issues might be resolved. However, when we got the mower back, it was still riddled with problems -- specifically, black smoke was still billowing from the exhaust. We returned it, expecting a proper fix, but Dustin never kept us informed or gave us any updates. After weeks of silence, we finally had to make a call ourselves, only to be told by Dustin that the mower was "fixed." When we went to pick it up the second time, we were shocked to find the same problems persisted. The mower is still under warranty, yet the service we received was nothing short of a nightmare. Dustin's lack of communication, incompetence, and the repeated failure to fix the mower have left us completely frustrated. I would strongly advise avoiding this Wilhite Trailer Sale in Opelika, Alabama at all costs -- their incompetence has cost us time, money, and patience.
