This evening we ventured up the hill to partake in The Epic Cure! The menu variety looked excellent! Even if their tired 90's music was a bit stale. I quickly opted for the Chicken Tamales (assisted by the fact that one of their crew was pointing it out to me as I walked up). It took several minutes while they prepared them. I was a little confused because I thought tamales were usually a pre-made item, and I could clearly see the chef handling some uncooked masa. As he handed them over, I could clearly see this was the real deal. The chicken was taco-seasoned and juicy (practically falling apart), the masa was warm and perfectly formed into that tamale shape. The corn-black bean salsa was a nice touch also. It would be nice to have some beverage options, but we didn't ask. It was close enough to our apartment that we just walked back and chose from our existing stockpile. Overall, I would say whatever you do, don't discount this less-than-pretty food truck. This stuff is for serious.

Finally does acknowledge you as your walking to the menu to order, then the employee walks away from you as your trying to order to walk away from you and continue his conversation. This being my first time trying to be a customer. Would you want to spend your money being treated this way? I bluntly asked this question when the employee finally came back from his important debate. Before I made this review I have taken these actions. 1. Called the number listed. 2. Contacted the email on the website. 3. Does there really need to be a third? A mom and pop shop amongst big corporations should treat all customers with respect. This should never happen in the first place. Respectfully, do better.

Small bag is 10 of one flavor Large bag is 20 and you can split it for 2 flavors Bucket is 40 donuts and you can get all of one or split it and get 4 flavors. The owner was friendly and the service was quick. The donuts are piping hot and are made fresh. You can watch them through a small window make the donuts. This was great for a Saturday morning.

The enchilada sauce was bland, almost like a base tomato sauce. The meat didn't have any flavor at all. The Guadalaraja (chicken burrito and chicken enchilada) - which hubby had said that his was pretty meh. He also said he didn't need to go back there again.
