First of all I have had a terrible week and was in need of some retail therapy so I drove an hour way to check out the selection of clothing at this shop and it did not disappoint by any means. I half way do not want to tell yall how good the selection of Lulu is because I want to hoard it myself but I guess I need to share lol! This boutique/resell shop has by far the best quality Lulu I have ever seen and the prices are amazing for that kind of quality. To top it off the customer service was amazing, Tina through some shirts with my bottoms that I otherwise would have never paired. So, I am giving 2 stars because they occasionally get cute stuff, a lot of it isn't higher end like I prefer. The best selection of stuff they get is Lululemons. However, they get a 1 Star for buying goods. I brought in a bag with stuff from Free People, Anthropologie, etc and they bought my one pair of Lululemons for 12 dollars. That they will resell for 38-40 dollars. And they had the nerve to put a little thing about donating my clothes. Like you don't have to like my stuff, but that little slip sent the wrong message. I probably will not be buying from here again knowing how badly others got ripped off when selling. read more

I love this place! The owner is really nice and knows her brands. She's very meticulous about the pieces she sells. There was a skirt I bought from here that was on the $1 rack. I was confused why something so nice was only a dollar and then she explained that there was a loose thread and she couldn't bear to sell something with that flaw for more than that. This surprised me as I've shopped at many resale shops and they normally shrug and say it's "as is" for a reason. She also let me know what stock she's expecting to have, after noticing what sort of things I was looking at in her shop. Owner was awesome! You could say I have a "shopping" problem. So I've been in 100s of stores... this is the first review I've ever written. This was a week ago.. I was in a huge hurry to get to my daughters cheer tryouts and had to stop by a store last minute to grab some athletic clothes. She greeted me and immediately helped me grab some items. She quickly showed me the SUPER ORGANIZED sections and helped me. I made it in time to get my daughter! And she absolutely loved the outfits she chose. I even questioned some of the sets. I'll never go back! The store had no air conditioning on a very hot day with only one fan running. I was perspiring while I was trying to try on summer tops. How many other people have been sweating while they're trying on the same clothes. Eww. Then when they rang up my sale I realized I was over my limit in my account. Plus, the store pays out the most cash amount to sellers compared to other places I've been. I was happily surprised at the amount of cash I received. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! A friend and I were very eager to check out this new place we heard about on Facebook. We have been planning this trip for a week now, and we were so excited to see what it had in store. When we arrived, the owner had a condescending and mean undertone but we continued to shop because we were excited to see what sort of deals the store offered. We tried on clothing items and as we were getting ready to checkout, she accused us of stealing. We had no idea what she was referring to and when we asked about it, she would not give us any details about what alleged item was stolen. She threatened us with the police and said we were going to get arrested if we didn't return the alleged item. We offered for her to search us and our belongings but she declined. Even though she declined our invitation to search us, she persisted that we still had the alleged item. She said that she had it on video but when we asked to see it, she said no and continued to accuse us. Once she realized it was an error on herself, she did not apologize and continued to lecture us on how stealing is bad. Overall, I will never be returning to this establishment. I can't believe we were treated like criminals. We are women in our 20's, not some young kids. Again, I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK. read more

I shopped here a few months prior to this experience and I like the selection of clothing. When first entering the store I was not greeted because the owner was on her phone. She later greeted me. The clothes were cheap for the most part. Hollister jeans are $20. I spoke to the owner and told her I was looking to sell some shoes. I told her I wore a 5.5 and she said that she didn't sel that size but would be happy to look at my shoes and if she found something she liked then would make me an offer. I believed her. I came in Friday with a bag of shoes and as soon as I walked in, she was on her phone and just paused and stared at my bag with a dissatisfied look on her face. She told the person on the phone to hold on for a moment and I told her I was looking to sell some shoes. She told me to put the bag down and she would be with me in a second. That second literally turned into 6 minutes of her gabbing on the phone while I waited on her to assist me. I say gabbing because this was not a business related call. Whoever she was on the phone with, she kept calling them baby and telling them to get out of bed and talking about men. She finally got off the phone did not apologize for the delay and said she had 4 orders in front of me and I would need to leave them there and she would call me when she looked through them. Then she asked what size I wore and I told her a 5.5 and she immediately said she did not accept that size and and rushed me out the door and said that that saved both of us time. She was very rude and she has a problem with being on her cell phone. Don't take personal calls at work when you have 4 orders to look through that people dropped off. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. read more

I found DOS here on yelp and decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised at what I found in the cute boutique like resale shop. There were a bunch of different name brands (like lulu and vineyard vines;) and super cute clothes. We walked in to the boutique and the owner was on her cell phone and gave me and my girlfriend a look of surprise, barely greeted us, then proceeded to talk on the phone to her husband or spouse while we were waiting to talk to her. This went on for five minutes after we were in there. Once she gets off the phone she gives us a what's up and proceeds to tell us that she couldn't help us with our request because she was backed up four orders and she doesn't take our shoe sizes. They had a very good selection! Great prices! There are not a lot of resale stores in St. Louis so it's nice to know that this one had cute items at fair prices. I got two sweaters that were about $8 each. Their brands ranged from Hollister to H & M to Zara. The owner was super nice and helpful. The owner finally acknowledged me after about ten minutes of blatant disregard and when I asked her where the extra-large sizes were, she snarled, "I don't CARRY extra-large or plus-sized!" She then berated me even further by explaining how she ONLY specialized in smaller sizes, despite me telling her that not carrying extra large was discriminatory. Funny thing was, there were many non-clothing items that I would have been more than happy to purchase had she not been so rude and insulting towards anyone not worthy of her selection and I did not feel her store was worthy of my credit card.
