This is place is at Shoffners gas station, but is a new shop. to make a long story short. they had my car for almost two months.. Did not fix anything. I gave them an 800 deposit also. did not get my deposit back. Their mechanic "Josh" ignored my husband and I because instead of being a decent human being and telling us the truth saying he can't fix the car, would tell us OH it's ready then we try and come get it and he wouldn't be there. He ignored us and didn't show up to the place for two days after that. communication was so poor. Now we're out 800. The guy did nothing to our car besides take it apart.. it was running when we brought it to him. He was supposed to replace the head gasket. After two months we took it to a new shop tuesday which they said they'll replace head gasket in a week. My husband and I are honestly shocked that this happened to us. It's very disappointing. can't believe someone would be so cruel. We have two little girls. Which they saw. feeling heart broken about it. I pray this doesn't happen to someone else.
