While she received no help from the other receptionist who had a bad attitude and didn't seem to care to help she made herself look busy and sent the other patients to the other girl, very unprofessional on her part. This is my first time visit to Nelson audiology and the hearing aids I have were not purchased there. Long story short, I left with the bad hearing fixed, and both were adjusted to a better default volume level. There was no cost for any of this other than a very reasonable nominal office visit fee. I was seen by Dr. Altus. He is clearly a very competent practitioner, patient, thorough, listens well, and explains things carefully. He also has a very pleasant and engaging personality. I couldn't be more pleased with my first experience dealing with Nelson Audiology. Consequently I would without any reservation recommend Dr. Altus (and Nelson audiology) to anybody.

I always was excited to come in for an appointment to get my braces tightened and/or get new wires. The staff here is kind and considerate. I had my braces on for little more than 2 years and am so satisfied with the results. Imelda was the orthodontist assistant that usually helped me and she's amazing. She is super sweet and always made sure no wires were poking me. Dr McDade is an excellent orthodontist, he really cares about his patients and wants them to be happy with their results. After I got my braces off I got retainers and Dr McDade fixed two of my chipped teeth. I had originally gone to Johnson dental and they had quoted me a little more than $8000 for braces. I saw their reviews and was hesitant to go with them. I am so glad I came here. I paid less than $8k and received great orthodontic care by trustworthy and efficient staff.

I knew my smile wasn't the greatest, but I couldn't pin point what it was. Ok so then I saw my dentist to see if he could do the braces, I didn't like him for this because he didn't mention anything abt my smile like McDade did and I felt he wasn't going to do a great job.-he is not an orthodontist-but it was cheaper. AT the end, I choose McDade and I made the right choice because he uses top of the line equipment, he is kind and an expert at fixing your smile. For those who want to see their regular dentist for braces I say stick with the experts in this field and go to an orthodontist like Dr. McDade, you may pay less w a regular dentist, but you will end up paying more later on when your smile is not completely fixed.

My children have been coming to this dental office for some year now and they look forward to it each time. The front desk employees are always welcoming and helpful. I'm able to make their appointment each time with no issues and they even send me a text message to remind me of their upcoming appointments each time. The dentist hygienist and dentist are great with my kids! They seem to really care about them and their comfort. One thing that really stands out to me is that they ask my children if they have any questions not just me. Everything is also very clean and comfortable.

But on check out, receptionist said there was no record of it so I paid full price, I was not even asked if I had insurance. I paid the full price.That wasn't all. The dentist was curt, impersonal. Rushed through my treatment plan an and left. No "It was nice to meet you." Or, "Looking forward to seeing you when you return." etc. I'm treated better ordering fast food! I'll not go back. I don't think anybody answers the phones or returns calls…read more This is my second attempt at care here. I made an appointment with Dr. Lyche, both for my spouse and myself to get exam and prep for colonoscopies. I intentionally made the appointment with Dr. Lyche. When we got to the room, the PA was the one who met with us. I LOVE a good PA, they are usually attentive and one saved my Mom's life! But this time I wanted to see the doctor. I told the assistant we had intentionally made the appointment with the doctor and was told "oh he's not even in the office and this is the way we always do these exams". What in the bait and switch? I have a GREAT PA in another office, who works with a doctor (Neurosurg) and when I schedule with the doctor, I see the doctor. When I schedule with the PA, I see the PA. But making an appointment with one provider and then having someone else take their place without letting you know in advance is a HUGE red flag. My husband scheduled his colonoscopy but had to cancel due to getting called back to Jury duty. I called a week in advance to let them know. I left messages for surgery scheduling team, for the doctor's assistant and finally at the front desk. NOBODY returned my call. On my 5th call, someone at the front desk finally said "Oh it's in his chart that he cancelled." (they stated the 4th date I called and left a message at the front) Ok. Nice to know. Finally, I am now trying to pay the invoice for the visit mentioned above. No one is answering in the billing department. I've tried about 10 times now. It's 3 p.m. on a Tuesday in the middle of April. This practice is terrible. I can't even imagine having a serious issue and trying to deal with this level of complete indifference. Moving my care elsewhere. Previously, I was a patient here in 2018 when I was having some issues, they performed an endoscopy on me and it took 10 weeks to get the results because no one called me back and when the doctor finally did he said something about his assistant being on vacation and that was the reason for the delay. For 10 weeks?
