Went to the Delta Truck Center for a diagnosis around 9 am. Upon check in Luis was very helpful taking our information and listening to our concerns, understanding that we were travelling in the RV and would be waiting while the repairs were done, Luis said that he would be contacting us once the diagnosis was complete. We never heard from Luis again. around 3 pm we saw our RV being pulled from the garage to the parking area and the mechanic walking to the office with some paper work, anticipating a call at any moment we waited over an hour before I finally walked into the office and asked for the status. By this time a new shift had started and my paperwork had just been sitting with no action. After finding my paperwork I was told that I needed parts that had to be ordered and would be coming from Las Vegas, with a freight charge of $100 (two small fittings and seals for the Coolant Air Compressor, all items can fit in the palm of your hand) and two business days. I checked on the status two days later and was told that the order was JUST placed and the parts would arrive by the following Friday, an entire week later! Frustrated with Delta Truck Center I set out to find the needed part myself. It took just one search to Cummins, 60 miles away, who had the parts and would be available Tuesday. I drove up the Sacramento, picked up the parts, took them to Delta Truck center only to be told that the parts that they ordered had arrived, and unfortunately no one reached out to me to inform me of the status. So now its Tuesday night and they began work on my rig. After a short time I was told that the diagnosis was wrong and I needed two coolant lines. The next morning around 7:30 am, I received the updated estimate with included 10 hours of labor to install the coolant lines. I approved the work and once again Luis assured me that the work would be started immediately. After several hours of waiting I walked back into the office to check on the status, I was told that I had been put on hold until the second shift arrived at 3:30, even though I had check in at 7:30 in the morning, and had been dealing with this issue for an entire week. The mechanic who worked on my rig took less than an hour to make the repairs, he along with the Foreman didn't understand why they held the work until the later shift. Needless to say that this was a nightmare all due to Delta Truck Center's horrible internal communication. Each person that I delt with was very nice and professional, the problem is that as they hand off to the next person, the communication fails. Unless YOU know to follow up YOURSELF their system will let you down. I (my RV) was held hostage for and entire week all due to poor diagnosis and poor communication. The part I needed was in the shop the entire time and would have taken a couple hours to complete. Absolutely POOR MANAGEMENT. Shame on you Delta Truck Center.

Good day I'm really going to keep this post real. I know…read morethat being a salesperson on commission is a struggle. I know it's a tough gig. But I'm going to say is you as a consumer please do your research, don't settle on one place or one source . Call several times and speak to different people . There is nothing I as a 60 yo man hate more than a liar and high pressure. Also don't shove a $2000 prep fee on me and cover it in honey . You use low prices to bring people in and the $11000 RV is Now $1300. Just say $13000 . Also don't bait and switch people then try to pressure them into buying . Consumers do your research the more you know about what you want the better decision can be made ! The unit I wanted was miraculously no longer available, when I mentioned that the bathroom was smaller than any commercial jet id ever been on I was told " you never use your bathroom you use the facilities at the campground you visit " taking into consideration that my trip was across the country and I was stopping overnight more than 1 time and wanted to be able to test , make lunch and poop

This review is long overdue!…read more We bought our first travel trailer here in 2022, an InTech Sol Eclipse. The next year we traded it in for a slightly bigger one, the Sol Horizon. Nohr's was one of the few dealers who sell the brand InTech, which is why we initially looked here. We ended up being very pleased with both of our interactions. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, and the buying process was straightforward. Both times we felt we paid a fair price. We never felt like they were playing games with pricing. A few years prior (pre-pandemic) we were at another place, we'll call it Dealer Xstream, and were ready to buy. Having looked at other dealers and knowing what that particular trailer was going for, we made an offer and they said it was too low (it was within average price range in Northern California); they said there was no way they could accept. We didn't buy a trailer that day. Literally the next day they called and asked if we still wanted to buy at our way too low asking price. We declined. We are now super happy with our Sol Horizon from Nohr's and are glad we kept looking around. Nohr's played no games and were transparent with their pricing. With a purchase this big, transparency is very appreciated. We have also had warranty repairs/service done here. Getting the trailer serviced has not always been quick, but it is done well. The long lead time seems to be true of pretty much anywhere you get work done on recreational vehicles in the post pandemic world. Overall, I would recommend Nohr's RV to anyone who is in the market, and InTech trailers to anyone who is looking for a high quality product!

I made a rushed purchase on a truck that just came into the lot before I test drove it on the road/highway, and getting things that I saw that was wrong with it was a little like pulling teeth. Still appreciate that Victor at least tried to take care of the major issues. Overall, it's a great dealership (if you're dealing with Victor Munoz), and I recommend people to shop here, but I always say to make sure you thoroughly inspect your truck, test drive it, or bring a qualified mechanic to give you a second opinion.

Every truck i attempted to buy, was either sold or not available when time to buy was at hand. This includes trucks that were listed online as available, as well as trucks that i went to the lot to purchase and seen with my own eyes and test driven. They were clearly available for purchase. They were available until time to purchase was at hand per the sales rep. then they became unavailable all of a sudden, in favor of a truck the salesman thought i should purchase. usually one higher in price or perhaps one they needed to rid themselves of. I simply wanted to purchase some equipment. If your looking for a truck, they might treat you a lot different than they treated me, but then again they may not. I would like to follow up and see if people my race and creed suffer from the same treatment or is this just their mode of business practice. I wont say stay away because they have good equipment, and they might even favor you on this day, just wanted to share my experience.
