One of my sisters-in-law, who deals with stuff like this all the time for work, offer to call on my behalf since we was witness to much more of the garbage service than I was. I just got off the phone with her and she said they were extremely rude to her and yelled at her. They basically indicated none of the problems were theirs or the drivers fault. Because the contract only listed pick-up times at 3:30, 4:30 and 5:30, the driver made all three contracted trips - nevermind the fact that I was told from the beginning he was at our disposal for the entire time we were paying for the service. Why am I paying by the hour if you're only willing to provide a certain numebr of trips during that time?! If that's the deal, then you should charge per trip. Same reasoning for the problems at the end of the night. The driver doesn't leave if no one is on the shuttle, and apparently isn't responsible for letting anyone know he is there. They got the contract wrong on the pick-up times I wanted- bad on my for not quardruple checking, but the changes I requested were three days before the wedding. I was kind of busy. - and even though I requested pick-ups at 10:30 and 11:15, which would have given the drive plenty of time for the 40 minute round trip, they scheduled them for 11:00 and 11:30. When it was suggested that they should have known this was more than a 30 minute round trip, they said it wasn't there job to check drive times. I do take some responsibility for not being more on top of the contract I guess, but I also feel like my biggest mistake was actually trusting these so called professionals.

The assistant manager, another assistant manager Kara helped create my vision of what the party should be, (staff here is amazing)our server Maurice was awesome he ensured all of my guests were content with food and drinks, super attentive too to our party. We had the VIP space upstairs which was great. My son had the absolute best time here and everyone enjoyed themselves. Kids enjoyed the arcade and outdoor attractions. The party room offered a nice atmosphere. Only negative was- They need to increase on air-conditioning circulation in the space could have been better. There are slot machines too. Something for everyone and plenty of parking available too.

This gravel field is at the end of this industrial street with a large building in front of the screen that has lights on. The are low budget scones indicating where to park. First two rows are reserved and last had a private party. The color contrast is so dull and just sad. The movie started late due to technical difficulties and half into the movie, the audio stopped and after 10 minutes, they just skipped to another scene. Im absolutely speechless that they would charge over $40 for this very low quality movie expierance. I will most definitely not be going back.

We had a great view of the screen from where we were parked. I miss drive ins, and I would come back to this one without a doubt.

They had an area in the front, with several slot machines. They had about 10 short tables of 4 in the back, to play bingo. They had god-awful vegas carpeting on the floor. There was no music playing. The place had a smell to it. I met friends at 5:30, hoping to enjoy a few glasses of wine and catch up. They had a wine menu and a drink menu, but their liquor selection looked sparse. Also, the bartender had to pull out the printed recipes in order to make any of the martinis they had - which were not good, trust me! She made my friend her martini, but accidentally used grenadine instead of pineapple juice? WTF?? They don't have a kitchen, but they did have a crockpot of homemade meatballs, for their bingo meatball special - $5.00 gets you a meatball sandwich, chips, and a cookie. We finished our not well made drinks and decided to go somewhere else. If you are looking to play slot machines, I guess I'd tell you to check this place out. But really, every single restaurant and bar you go to in the SW burbs has them, so this place is really nothing special.
