One of my sisters-in-law, who deals with stuff like this all the time for work, offer to call on my behalf since we was witness to much more of the garbage service than I was. I just got off the phone with her and she said they were extremely rude to her and yelled at her. They basically indicated none of the problems were theirs or the drivers fault. Because the contract only listed pick-up times at 3:30, 4:30 and 5:30, the driver made all three contracted trips - nevermind the fact that I was told from the beginning he was at our disposal for the entire time we were paying for the service. Why am I paying by the hour if you're only willing to provide a certain numebr of trips during that time?! If that's the deal, then you should charge per trip. Same reasoning for the problems at the end of the night. The driver doesn't leave if no one is on the shuttle, and apparently isn't responsible for letting anyone know he is there. They got the contract wrong on the pick-up times I wanted- bad on my for not quardruple checking, but the changes I requested were three days before the wedding. I was kind of busy. - and even though I requested pick-ups at 10:30 and 11:15, which would have given the drive plenty of time for the 40 minute round trip, they scheduled them for 11:00 and 11:30. When it was suggested that they should have known this was more than a 30 minute round trip, they said it wasn't there job to check drive times. I do take some responsibility for not being more on top of the contract I guess, but I also feel like my biggest mistake was actually trusting these so called professionals.

There are a lot of fun games, though too many in the pure slot machine category (where "playing" consists of just winning a random amount of tickets rather than laundering the gambling through a game of skill), but the prizes available are actually reasonably cool and the number of tickets you need to win them is merely exorbitant, rather than sheer robbery. They also have a satisfactory fast food thing onsite (pizza, chicken tenders, etc.) and a surprisingly deep array of outdoor options -- go-karts, slightly perfunctory mini-golf, a very small roller coaster, a giant slide, a toddler ropes course.
