Enjoying a new drink I haven't tried before! I think it's a Dubai chocolate mocha? It was delicious!

My all-time favorite local coffee shop! The owners, Kat and Brendan, are amazing, friendly people, and the quality of their drinks and food are great. I love how cozy their shop is, and how comfortable it is to be able to sit in there and go in coffee dates with friends. I notice a lot of people get their work done here too, which is so nice. One of my favorite items to eat is the Mom's Coffee Cake, which I believe is Brendan's mom's recipe. It's delicious! Definitely a fan of this coffee shop and highly recommend it to everyone!

We hit this local coffee shop at least once a week for delicious coffee, Kat's amazing baked goods, and a really wonderful friendly vibe. You can customize your breakfast sandwich just how you like it and they have a great selection of spicy sauces to add more kick. The scones and muffins are freshly made and delicious, often we get there and there are some just coming out of the oven. I love the ambiance especially the curated music selections. We like the coffee so much that we buy the beans to take home too.

And now the pulled pork sandwich, it's slow cooked for 9 hours and served up on a warm burger bun. Truly Superb!!!! Get in there and give them a shot!

Stopped by here on the way to a friend's house on a weekday morning. It has a very home-y and welcoming feel with plenty of seating inside! It's at the end of a shopping center and parking is super easy. I was greeted upon entering and the two girls working were so nice. I liked that they had several seasonal drink options and they answered all my questions about them! I had the Caramel Apple Pie Latte which they said has apple syrup and caramel syrup. I really didn't taste much of the apple at all but it was a good caramel latte. I love apple flavored coffees so I was just really looking forward to the apple part of it! I'm not in this area super often but it's a good stop near the freeway if you want to drop in!

Double shot coffee bar is the perfect place for a quick bite and really good coffee. Their "build your own" breakfast sandwiches are delicious with multiple options to choose from. Service is great, it's very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Anthonyxibarrax

Finally we have a neighborhood coffee shop! We came to this place because we just needed that coffee fix but didn't want the drive through experience. We were greeted and welcomed in. We were also asked if we had visited the shop and we let them know it was our first time. Everyone was so sweet and they walked us through the menu. When we were told the breakfast sandwiches were made in house, we couldn't resist. While we waited we relaxed on the couch and Jair took everything in. You may not be able to tell but the counter was decorated by the art of kids and other visitors of the shop. The coffee was amazing and our sandwiches were delicious. We will be back, c'mon Bass Lake support local!

Didn't want Starbucks since this was literally right next door to try something new. My cappuccino was like a heavy latte no foam so that's where the 4 star comes in. Cortado looked super good prob should ordered that looked way more cappuccino than mine lol. Oh well. And the lady at the register seemed mad almost right away when I didn't leave a tip so that was rude lol. Don't expect it and it will come. Not a huge fan of this generation of entitlement. Anyway Cute vibe Rustic Relaxing Kinda family oriented and welcoming. Also serve wine and more. Kinda cool :) love it

Yay another delicious option for caffeine and treats. They're tucked on a corner in the new edh shopping center with Safeway. They have alchol, coffee, teas, snacks, hot food, and chill music. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Staff was friendly. They can get busy at different times of the day. Stop in for local!

Double shot coffee bar is tucked nearby a Safeway in a newish little plaza in El Dorado Hills, it has a relaxing ambiance and the service is polite and kind, our server(I think the owner?) spoke in almost a whisper that added to the calmness of this location. Their drinks and food were delicious, we got two scones and although I am biased for loving blueberry scones I actually liked the pumpkin scone better they aren't like your typical scones where normally they are quite crusty making them hold up to dipping into coffee, these scones are actually quite fluffy with a bit of crunch on the outer rim and we're textual delights. We also got a veggie pizza as a savory option this was a solid bit of pizza where it had a nice thin crust and a strong (good) mushroom flavor. The cake pop was also moist and delicious as well

I picked this restaurant because they have gluten free pancake and waffle options. HOWEVER please be cautious when you order re gluten. The food runners are different than your waiter/ waitress. The first time I was here, I ordered a gluten free waffle, but a protein pancake was what was delivered (protein has wheat for sure). I would not have known had I not asked the waitress to clarify "oh I thought I ordered the gluten free waffle not pancake". Apparently both gluten free items and protein items are marked with the same toothpick - so as to designate them from a traditional pancake or waffle, but I wish they would/ think they should come up with a better system then to differentiate the two from each other. I was in last week to give it another chance and think I was given the wrong waffle (tho no one else at my table ordered waffles or pancakes). After feeling sick for several hours after our breakfast, I called the restaurant to inquire about how they differentiate the gluten free items (which is when I learned the above - that they are 'marked' as different and apparently someone in the kitchen says which is which). I was also told on the phone that the protein waffle comes out "darker" than the gluten free ones.... um.... well, if I don't have anything to compare to at the time, how am I to ascertain that, and how was I supposed to know that information anyway?! Anyway, please use caution if you have a gluten sensitivity. They did say there could be cross contamination, that's not a problem for me, it's that if I ate something that was wheat that would not and did not work.

But how could I know that experience (and the service!! OMG the service!!!) was going to be so outstanding, that I would come back again the next evening to eat again?? The first night it was happy hour, with a spicy jalapeño mule, buffalo cauliflower, smoked Brussel sprouts, and a couple of beers. But the service was so attentive (almost too attentive) that we felt like we had to watch for gaps so we could take a bite or a sip in between folks checking in to see if we needed more food, more refills, or just a friendly hello! The next night was burgers, and brews, and bloody Marys - and again, the most amazing thoughtful, interactive and attentive service I have ever seen! And being a business owner, I can tell you that it's not enough to have a beautiful setting on the river with great views and a decent menu. Having servers, managers, bartenders (hell even the bussers had smiles and were polite and friendly) absolutely seals the deal. I really have no reason to go back to to El Dorado Hills in the near future other than work, but because of this single restaurant experience, I can tell you I am trying to find more reasons to return!

The staff was able to seat us right away, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing after we were seated. We had to ask for menus, and it took quite a while for someone to take our order. In fact, the bartender ended up taking our order because no server had come by. At about 7:00 they came to take our plates off our table that were staged when we sat. I mentioned we haven't received our chicken appetizer and she said "oh yah sorry it's coming" but still walked off with the appetizer plates to put the chicken on. Our food didn't arrive until about 7:10 p.m., and one of the meals was completely incorrect. On top of that, our food came out at different times instead of being served together. The portion sizes were surprisingly small for the price point. I ordered the Mahi tacos, which had only a small amount of fish and slaw, although each taco did include a generous amount of avocado. My husband's Hawaiian BBQ which he added Kalbi beef was also a very small portion and didn't feel worth the $36 price tag. We were so hungry that we didn't even get to take photos. The hostess was very enthusiastic about clearing our table and was attentive in that regard. Lily, our server, was kind and pleasant, and honestly, I felt sorry for her because she appeared to be the only waitress working. We had to ask for our check at the end of the meal, but Lily did comp our chicken wings because of the service issues, which was appreciated. Overall, the prompt seating was a good start, but the slow service, incorrect order, staggered food delivery, and small portions relative to the prices made for a disappointing dining experience. While Lily did her best, it seemed like the restaurant may have been understaffed.
