It took two days for me to get a price or an update about my car even after asking multiple times. I asked multiple times for a price BEFORE working on my car they literally said they did the work anyway I have text messages showing me asking for them to not do anything work until I get a price which then the lady on the phone said "we already fixed it and THEN gave me a price ... which then they held my keys hostage because I was $5 short on payment, Because they wanted to upcharge me for using a card. I was yelled at by two different people. I stood outside their business for 30 minutes while they ignored me like children. The lady on the phone hung up on me multiple times. The guy at the shop told me "fuck u" I left literally shaking. I will never call this number again and I'll advise others not to do so or u might get ur car held hostage like I did. Looking at other reviews and listening to my apartment complex they say that they are " aggressive " and it's so true ! I would atleast think they could give you a warning or a ticket before just up and taking your vehicle early in the morning . People have jobs and a life so to wake up to my vehicle being taken with out any warning is very upsetting. When I called and asked them why they acted like they didn't care.
