The tow truck operator better be professional by exhibing a genuine interest in helping you, introducing himself, speak to the customer and at least act as if you love your job. Service with a smile, what happened to that? Being rude and rather uninterested in communicating properly is not professional behavior. My service station referred this towing company. Not good. If you don't like your job, find an occupation that makes you happy. Silence is golden. I felt very uncomfortable riding in the passenger seat with the tow truck operator. Then I was just driving down my own residential streets and there was an accident up ahead and I was driving five over the speed limit, but I was being trailed by Omaha tow truck that was driving completely right up my ass. I'm going 25 into 20, in a residential area, it's after school and there are children around playing outside. And this asshole wants to drive like he's the ambulance that needs to respond to the accident on Klein Avenue. I wouldn't recommend these people because that driver doesn't even need to be anywhere near the road or a steering wheel and he is employed by this company.
