They were professional and fast when it came to hooking me up. The whole ordeal took maybe 15 minutes which is quite reasonable considering the steep slope of the ditch. Considering that they had to face North on a southbound lane, they made it as safe as possible by having hazards and the overhead lights going. The final total was $0 because I used AAA and paperwork was minimal. Just a signature actually. I had a good experience with them, solid tow place.

Chris took care of my car as if it was his own and worked really hard and patiently to pull it out of a very hard spot to begin with even if the tires were on. I cannot thank him enough. Pass these guys up!…read more There is far more to towing than just retrieving a vehicle and transporting it to a designated auto repair company. The tow truck operator better be professional by exhibing a genuine interest in helping you, introducing himself, speak to the customer and at least act as if you love your job. Service with a smile, what happened to that? Being rude and rather uninterested in communicating properly is not professional behavior. My service station referred this towing company. Not good. If you don't like your job, find an occupation that makes you happy. Silence is golden. I felt very uncomfortable riding in the passenger seat with the tow truck operator. I would not recommend this towing company based on my personal experience and lack of respect towards me, the customer.
