That night it fell out so I went back the next day and ended up waiting outside 2 hours after they were supposed to open. I was then told there was nothing he could do. Ended up going to Wal-Mart, buying a piercing, and putting it in myself which was 10x less painful and has now been in for weeks with no problems. You know someone's bad at their job when you can do it better yourself with no experience or tools.

I was pierced by Brandon who was super nice, made me feel comfortable during the process, and informed me well about the after care of the piercing. You can really tell that the employees here really care about their customers and all of them are very kind! Also the piercing was a great price- 50$! They also have drinks and snacks there in case you need any to purchase before getting pierced or tattooed to help the process go smoother! Very thoughtful!

In all honesty, not sure what's all the hype about this spot! Dude at this shop is a dick! Pardon…read moremy language but dude was just arrogant, cocky, didn't bother to ask what me n my group wanted, was more concerned bout how much money he was gonna make! We had a whole group of people that wanted to get tatted and instead of helping us, he was rude! I don't know how this shop has that much rating, when we got there the place was dead. There were some people just "chilling" in the counter playing cards. N this is coming from someone that is fully tatted!!
