The movers who arrived at my residence were visibly under the influence--exhibiting signs such as swaying, slurred speech, and a general lack of coordination. This raised immediate concerns for my safety and the safety of my property. In addition to their unprofessional behavior, they caused significant damage to my belongings: Several of my dishes were broken due to careless handling. My daughter's bed was damaged beyond repair. My personal sheets and blankets were used to wrap large furniture without my permission, leaving them stained and no longer usable. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable, and I am requesting a formal investigation, a written apology, and reimbursement for the damages caused.
