I was driving by and popped in for a drink, and I'm so glad I did! They have a ton of flavors and can make any coffee concoction you could want. I decided to try their Dirty Chai, and it was incredible! I also grabbed a Superfood Cookie, and it was delicious! Will definitely be back!

Small little coffee shop that offers excellent coffee drinks including Cuban expresso. Has a drive through that may take longer to use. Faster just to walk in the shop. The shop has been around for quite sometimes but doesn't seem to have much customers. Absolutely worth giving a try.

We have been trying coffee around Tulsa. Right now, if I had to pick a favorite it would be Café Cubana because of the superb full bodied deep rich coffee flavor in their drinks. My wife had an iced latte and I had a café con leche with a shot of chocolate. The delicious coffee flavor was prominent in both drinks. My wife usually says when something is good, it is the best she ever had. Today she said that three times. That means it really is good. Excellent service. This is a small comfortable coffee shop. A good place to relax and enjoy genuinely delicious coffee. The shop has been in business since 1999.

Absolutely run to try the coffee here! My husband and I enjoy it so much we've been 2X in a row and took a cold brew for the next am. They staff and owner are really nice, engaging and offer perfect suggestions for what to order, add to your coffee or how to modify to fit your needs. Such smooth and delicious flavor it my iced cuban con leche that I can't wait to get another one! Sadly, they are not in my state. Do not be in a rush and take your time choosing what to try!

I cannot believe I have not been here yet but I'm glad I finally made a visit. The cubano will give you the jitters (anxiety but faster) so fair warning. It was delicious and strong, perfect for an addict like myself. The superfood cookie was freshly made, not so sweet- just the way I like my sweets, not overbearing. I will definitely revisit! The barista was very sweet and helpful and free WiFi!

I can't stop dreaming about their dirty chai latte! Small seating area, but worth the awkwardness!

This is especially true after their recent renovation that includes beautiful murals and more open seating, not to mention the amazing patio to soak up the sunlight! The drinks are terrific too and Collab has an inventive menu for their specials. I like their drip coffee and they have this really spectacular drink called the Sunny Spro (lemonade, sparkling/tonic water, lavender, and espresso) that took me by surprise and became one of my all-time favorite drinks! The staff are also very friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about their menu and offerings. This is also one of the few places in Tulsa where you can order a bottomless drip for those days where you do decide to stay a while. I love the Collab and highly recommend you give it a shot! (5/5)

Some people working, some people socializing, but not crowded or loud. It's in the burbs but feels quiet and plenty of parking. Menu- my almond orange latte was truly life-changing. I will be trying to recreate this at home for sure. Not sweet but lots of flavor. The espresso here is excellent, not sour or bitter, very smooth. The blueberry muffin was truly the best muffin I've had in my life, and I do not say this lightly, I am quite picky about muffins. Fluffy and moist, the blueberries were not mushy. And the jalapeno scones was shockingly good and it was even gluten free. It was more similar to a shortbread in texture, which I preferred over a scone actually. Very buttery and tasty, not spicy if you're sensitive to that. It was $17 for these items, so higher than expected, but spot on for unparalleled quality. Friendly service, and very fast. Can't wait to go back, this place is just doing everything right.

Their coffee is exactly how I like it--bold, smooth, creamy, and never overly bitter. My go-to is the Dirty Chai, hot or iced depending on my mood, and their cappuccinos are just as good. My son is all about the Polar Bear, and neither of us has ever been disappointed. The pastries and desserts are dangerous in the best way. The no-bake cookies are ridiculously good, and if they're running the buy two, get one free deal... good luck walking away with just one. One of my favorite things about this place is the atmosphere. There are plenty of seating options, people from all walks of life, and it's just a great place to slow down for a bit. I also love watching the baristas--they're fast, friendly, and somehow keep cranking out incredible drinks without missing a beat. They recently updated their menu, and I can't wait to go back and try the Southwest Bowl for breakfast. They also opened another business that's connected to the coffee shop on Cherry Street, which is fun to walk through while you're waiting for your drink.
