Although this is a nice hotel, and the staff were friendly, I would not recommend it. The bar area is only open after 5. So much money is lost by not having it open. There was no coffee or water available in the lobby area. Their quick shop/ market was not stocked. When I was not asked if it was my first time at this location, and it was for me. I was not offered a perk for my Hilton's rewards membership like I have received at other Hilton hotels, like water or cookies. I had to ask the staff to provide a basic run down of the hotel, which should have been information that was immediately provided. The 12th floor is supposed to be secure and it wasn't. I rode all 3 elevators and not once did it require me to use my room key to access the floor, which is supposed to be a security measure. Even after I reported it to the front desk, it was dismissed. The only Christmas decorations was a tree... it was very blah.. didn't stand out as a fun a cheerful place to stay. The breakfast was not very impressive. For $20 I would expect to have some flavored creamers for my coffee. The tea box was almost empty. Attention to detail was not present. I was here for an event. The biggest perk was the staff that was handling the event we were hosting. The event staff were friendly, helpful and gracious with the things we asked for, which was appreciated.

    Love Seat in my room.

This is my favorite place to stay when I am in the Dallas area. The Customer Service is Excellent, the breakfast is superb. They always put me in a quiet room, away from the Elevators. Blessings, Sam - (Luke 18:9-14) The story of the Self Righteous Pharisee who depended on his good works for salvation + the Repentant Dishonest Tax Collector who put his trust in the Lord's grace alone, who depended on the Lord's provision for salvation alone.

I recently booked a stay at this hotel through Priceline, anticipating the full 4-star experience promised by its rating and pricing. While the property appeared decent on the surface, my time there quickly devolved into a frustrating ordeal that highlighted serious shortcomings in maintenance, staff accountability, and customer service--issues that made our vacation unbearable and left me strongly advising others to steer clear and avoid wasting their money. The primary problem arose in our king suite: the air conditioning unit was completely non-functional, failing to provide any relief in Dallas's sweltering 85-90 degree heat. On our first night, after notifying the front desk, their only solution was a small, inadequate square floor fan--hardly sufficient for cooling a suite during a heatwave. This fell far short of the comfort level I expected for the premium price we paid. The next day, I approached a front desk attendant named Hector to reiterate the issue. He acknowledged ongoing problems with the hotel's external AC units but assured me it had been resolved. When I insisted it wasn't, he promised to dispatch a maintenance technician immediately. We returned to our room right away and waited for over an hour and a half, but no one arrived. Upon following up with Hector, he claimed a technician had already visited, which was impossible since we'd been present the entire time. He then backtracked, saying he'd follow up the next day when maintenance returned. I never saw Hector again after that interaction. Later that evening, I spoke with the next shift's attendant, Danielle, who revealed that Hector--a new employee of just two weeks--hadn't even logged the request in the maintenance system. She confirmed the AC had been malfunctioning for at least two nights but insisted the issue "should have been fixed." Once again, no real action was taken: no technician was sent, no room change was offered, and no meaningful compensation was offered, only lcomplimentary items from their convenience store to even out having no ac in dallas weather, this is ridiculous. We were stuck with the same ineffective fan, sweating through sleepless nights and uncomfortable days that ruined what should have been a relaxing getaway. This wasn't our first hotel mishap on the trip; we'd already switched from another property that tried to pass off a dirty room as equivalent to what we'd booked online. Reluctant to incur additional out-of-pocket expenses on yet another booking, we endured the stay--but it came at the cost of our enjoyment and well-being. Despite numerous calls to Priceline and discussions with their manager, Fitzgerald, no accommodations or refunds were forthcoming, leaving us feeling dismissed and undervalued. Throughout our interactions, the receptionists started off friendly, but their attitudes shifted dramatically once a problem required actual resolution--revealing a troubling pattern in the hotel industry where properties prioritize retaining revenue over guest satisfaction, offering lip service without follow-through. I captured multiple videos and photos documenting these encounters, which I'd be happy to share for anyone considering this place. In summary, if you're seeking a reliable 4-star experience, do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. This hotel's neglect of basic amenities like functional AC, combined with unreliable staff and zero accountability, turned our trip into a nightmare. Save your money and your sanity--there are far better options out there that won't leave you regretting your choice.

Posted hours for in-room dining on their website.

First of all, the room is extremely outdated and was not as clean as I expected from a Hilton property, especially as a Hilton Honors member. There is a stain on one of the sheet sets, there were water spots on the ceiling, and it just feels meh at best. Second of all, we heard our hall neighbors having some pretty passionate s3x and started getting questions from our young child about what the noises were. I get that it's a hotel and people are going to do what people are going to do, but at least have some consideration for your neighbors. Third of all, their website says that their in-room dining runs from 6:30 AM until 11:00 PM on Saturdays (today), so I called to order. It rang and rang and rang. I hung up and called back. It rang and rang and rang. It finally got forwarded to the front desk where I got the RUDEST front desk clerk. She said that their in-room dining is for dinner only, and didn't even apologize. I mentioned what the website says and she just said "oh, that's wrong. It's only for dinner", and so I said that it needed to updated for guests so they would have an accurate idea for meals. And she got even more snarky and practically hung up on me and never once apologized. My mom has tried calling back for towels, and now the rude clerk refuses to answer the phone. My mom has been calling for almost 15 minutes and no one is picking up. It's like she is punishing us for being miffed about their mistake. Super mature response. I will NEVER stay here again. I will be calling Hilton too.

While our overall accommodations included friendly staff, clean bedrooms, and comfortable beds, I need to address the unacceptable condition of the bathroom in our room. My husband and I traveled from Washington, DC, with our 5-year-old son, who had just undergone facial reanimation surgery. As you can imagine, this was an incredibly stressful and emotional experience for our family. After his release from the hospital, we simply wanted a comfortable place to rest that could accommodate both our son and the wheelchair he required immediately following surgery. When I checked in, the front desk attendant explained that because our stay had been booked using points and we arrived before the 4:00 p.m. check-in time, they had not yet completed preparation of rooms tied to point reservations versus standard reservations. Rather than make us wait, we were offered room 216. The staff was kind enough to provide us with a wheelchair while we waited for our son's wheelchair to be delivered, which we appreciated very much. After an exhausting and emotionally draining week, we brought all of our luggage and our son's belongings upstairs and immediately fell asleep. It was not until the following morning, when my husband attempted to shower, that we discovered the alarming condition of the bathtub. (Photos attached.) At first, I assumed this must have been an oversight due to our early check-in and that housekeeping simply had not yet cleaned the bathroom. Because we had medical appointments scheduled that day, we wore Crocs and flip-flops while showering, and we had already planned to wash our son in the sink to avoid getting his bandages wet. Before leaving, we specifically requested housekeeping service and asked that the bathroom be cleaned. When we returned later that evening, the ring in the bathtub remained exactly as it had before. My concern is not only how unsightly and unsanitary the bathtub appeared, but the fact that I find it extremely difficult to believe this was the first complaint regarding room 216. The condition was too noticeable and too concerning for management and staff to be unaware of it. Frankly, I feel insulted that this room was offered to us at all. It leaves me wondering whether guests placed in room 216 are simply expected to tolerate the condition without complaint. I am also troubled by the possibility that we were offered this room because our reservation was booked with points and because we arrived visibly exhausted, traveling with a disabled child who urgently needed rest. I am a longtime Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite member, and to be placed in a room with a bathroom in this condition -- particularly when I strongly suspect management is already aware of the issue -- is completely unacceptable. We informed the front desk last night that we would be checking out a day early.

First room had a possible bedding issue so we switched rooms. The second one had a chair that was a little loose, but didn't need to use it. The room itself is spacious with 2 beds, sofa, desk, bench and small kitchen. The coffee machine is available 24 hours but went a little crazy when I arrived. It was fine in the morning. The breakfast was ok. It was skimpier than what I experienced at the Element - Harrison, NJ. The hot breakfast station offered an omelette with 2 veggies and 2 proteins. The turkey bacon looked like a fruit roll up so I took a bite and tossed it. The yogurt bar was really good. My bread was better here since I toasted it. They also offered hardboiled eggs, fresh fruit, oatmeal packets, cereal and muffins too. The hotel had a decent amount of guests, but breakfast just felt skimpy in comparison to the other location I visited. They have a gym, pool, nice lobby and free parking. This hotel was centrally located, ok priced and ok customer service (nice front desk girl at check-in, but didn't really interact with the checkout guy). I would consider staying here again.

The room itself was clean, but the overall feel of the property seemed a bit worn. The carpet and lobby areas looked dingy, and the decor felt somewhat cheap. While nothing was outright dirty, the atmosphere didn't feel as fresh as I would have wanted or expected. On the positive side, the bed and pillows were comfortable enough, and I slept reasonably well. The location was good in that there were plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance, including sushi, BBQ, seafood, and Mexican options. That aspect made it very convenient during a busy conference schedule. One downside: several of my colleagues experienced no hot water throughout our stay. I personally only had warm water, but it sounds like it was a broader issue. Overall, it was a decent stay for work due to the location, but the property could use some updating and better maintenance to improve the overall experience.

Called Marriott to launch complaint because GM would NOT respond!…read more The hotel rooms have a funky odor that smells sort of like curry. Had to request the staff to spray deodorizer in the two rooms where I stayed to mask the odor. I was told all of the rooms smell like this and the hotel is aware. One of the staff actually said they have a lot of wedding guests, and they think they eat curry in their rooms. One room was way worse than the other room, but both had the odors that other guest complained about according to one of the staff members. Housekeeping staff are not alike. Some housekeepers better than others and not all consistent. Sometimes my room was vacuumed, other times not. Sometimes I was left with toilet paper, other times I had to request. Sometimes sheets were changed but other times not....etc etc Hard to communicate with them due to language barrier. Request to front desk staff for towels, toilet paper, etc. But only delivered twice during long stay. GM stated guests are required to retrieve supplies on their own from front desk as the hotel is too small to handle requests. All of these requests were during the day when there are other staff members behind a locked door. & housekeeping are available. I have seen a sign at front desk during evenings stating staff is away helping guest and will return shortly. I just think this particular GM Allen Bosque just wants to play blame game for the shortfalls at his hotel & place responsibilities for retrieving supplies on hotel guests. Complaints reported during day on Marriott app were replied to by hotel staff, but the issues remained well over 24 hours. FOR EXAMPLE, only 2floor ice machine worked majority of time when other ice machines remained inop. The 2nd floor room with the only working ice machine was left in a dirty & gross state after someone spilled something. Pic attached. Left the trash bin outside my room for trash to be dumped and was left there over 19 hours before complaining for someone to dump even though housekeeping was actually on the floor and had cleaned rooms near my room. Pic attached. Received an email from GM whereby he lied snd told me to stop taking pics of his staff in these two pics. No staff in any of the pics. He was just mad because I have proof of the issues at this hotel. Washer and dryer not consistently cleaned even though there was a wet floor sign in the room at times. GM will never respond to you until you call Marriott to launch a complaint. Some front staff appeared to working OT a lot due to front desk staffing issues. The great people I experienced: Thomas should be a manager as he's very professional and great. Diana has a perfect professional demeanor and is lovely. Maggie in housekeeping came many times to spray deodorizer in my room of which I appreciated. She also vacuumed when housekeeping forgot. MX guy who cleaned the washer and reimbursed me when I ran an empty load after he cleaned was nice. Christina is ok, but she comes across a bit too abrupt at times and ends up rubbing people the wrong way as I experienced once and heard other people in the elevator complaining about too.

I have long days at work and more to do after hours so I send a lot of time in the hotel and using their amenities. Here is my take on the good and bad. Good: While I have heard others complain of room quality, I have never had an issue . My only complaint about the rooms is the lack of a true refrigerator. The small coolers just don't add anything to the room since the best they can produce is lukewarm. Good incentive to visit the restaurant, bar or service counter, but a cold fridge should be a no-brainer. Which leads me to the restaurant and bar. The menu is small but the quality is very good. The staff is outstanding. I'm a bar guy, and I love this one. Chris, Selena, Sachi and Mani were amazing! They're so friendly and accommodating, and are just the best team members. They should be the standard for the staff. Which leads me to... the Bad. Shen I got to the hotel around 5:15 on Monday afternoon, I still had not received my digital key. I waited in a long line at the front desk to see what was going on. When it was my turn, I asked the attendant/host if my room was ready. I was told no, because I picked a room that wasn't clean. I'm sorry! I don't remember an option to pick an unclean room. While I was asking her when it might be ready, the phone rang and she answered it, dismissing me without a response. Off to the bar to have the staff there lift my spirits. My room wasn't ready until 6:00pm. Unacceptable. Also, 2 of the 3 elevators were not working for the week I was there, and one night when I was heading downstairs it wasn't working either. Luckily it was working after I walked down 17 floors. All in all, it was a good stay. However, it's an example of how small, cumulative hospitality failures can prevent a stay from being great.

This place is somewhat hard to find if you don't know where it is: the sign is small, and it's nestled behind a few buildings. Just turn in when you see a Wendy's, and you can get there fairly easily. Your GPS might get a little confused though. The unremarkable exterior did not prepare us for what we found when we opened the doors here: double french doors open to a high-end-looking lobby, complete with library, several sitting areas, and a fireplace. Front desk is attentive and quick, friendly and courteous. We were immediately helped and on our way to our room within minutes. The room was clean and bigger than expected, with a full size refrigerator, two-burner stove complete with dishes, and a flat screen TV and super comfortable bed. We were nearly late to check out, we slept so well; which rarely happens for us in a hotel! The property itself is very well kept- there's an interior court yard with a gazebo and a pool.
