When paying over $600 for an inspection, I expect the house be in the same condition they found it. Don't let their other good reviews make you think they know what they're doing, cause they obviously don't.

We had a scheduling and a waiver issue with the builder on his first attempt where we were frustrated and he calmly told us, we just gotta "roll with it". But the thing that I really appreciated was that after the inspection, they've already been paid, and I'm hiring people to do the repairs. I texted the inspector several times for follow up details and help weeding out the bs of some of the tradespeople trying to sell me stuff. He was responsive and helpful, even though he didn't need to be. Turnaround time was also good. I hired them and they were out for the inspection within a couple of days. The report came same day. I'd recommend Patterson for your home inspection.

King Air Duct Cleaning

So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

I asked him to let me know when he was on his way so I could notify her. Not only did he do that, but he notified me again before he knocked on the door to make sure he wasn't waking her up! The cleaning was textbook; he cleared the lint the size of a ball from the vent, did NO upselling, charged exactly what I was quoted and was done quickly. And my clothes now dry on the first load! I just bought this house so I'm sure they haven't been cleaned in ages (if ever), but King Air Duct Cleaning got us rolling again quickly! Thank you-would highly recommend!
