Very dissatisfied, if I could leave 0 stars I would. I asked the guy at the drive thru to give me his specials on burgers minus family special... he said they didn't have any. I drove around because they asked me to park to wait for my food and I see a banner for buy one burger get one free. I got out of my car and went inside to inquire. Blond chick said she didn't know why he told me that ... because she can't read his mind! I'm like really? You don't know specials you offer here either!? Asked to speak to a manager they said no manager on site. It's bs plus had to wait for my food. The drive thru guy said I couldn't hear you. No joke the chili cheese fries are the BEST I've ever had! and the fried mushrooms are a treat! this place is a diamond in the valley floor. Doublz is the reason I eat chili-cheese fries ONCE, and I mean only once, a year. The fries are made on the spot- not frozen and shipped...they're the thick cut fries that crisp golden on the outside and get fluffy and white on the inside. Perfectly seasoned every time. When I get them, they're so hot I usually burn off half my tastebuds and a portion of my esophagus because I can't wait to eat them. After they fill a plastic salad box FULL of fries, they pour freshly made chili over the top, and thend ump loads of cheese that pools with enough grease that you won't need chapstick for the next five hours. Their burgers have that nice grilled taste, and they're always friendly and fast. Fried zucchini=BOMB. They've got a great family pack for a cheap price, burgers, 4 fries, 4 drinks- which is awesome for a group of friends on the run. They're open late, and there's ALWAYS a pair of sheriffs there chowing, which makes you feel extra safe. :) If I didn't place a limit on my Doublz consumption, I'd be living in elastic wasitband pants. read more

Haven't been here in a while, some months, a lot changed. They make the burgers different and charge more. They stopped using the finely cut lettuce and now using this big chunk pieces of lettuce. And man do they skimp! I asked for extra lettuce and it said that on the receipt yet showed just a normal amount of lettuce, some big chunk pieces of lettuce. The burgers we're super dry and bland....no flavor! What happened to the way the old burgers we're made??? We're never coming back here. read more

First off let me say the Star Rating is mainly for their quantities. We have been going to Doublz since we moved here in 2003, they're right down the street. Their pastrami sandwich's used to be enormous now I get more meat in a hot dog from Pinks. The tacos see attached pic. SAD SAD SAD. Hadn't had them in a while so when I had a couple friends over I went and picked us up a dozen. When I opened up the container of 3 tacos my friends laughed me right out of the house. They called them taco sliders. You hear that Doublz TACO SLIDERS. I even sent the pics to Doublz Corporate NO ANSWER. We've been coming here for years and the food used to be great. It's gone down hill and at this time we received a bad food and that service. My daughter ordered the chicken strips meal and we always get five strips. This time we received three strips that were burnt. We didn't realize it until we got home and I spoke to Jassenia and told her what the problem was and she told me that they have never given five strips but they did change the number of strips from 4 to 5. At that point I asked to speak to a manager and she told me no manager or assistant manager was there and wouldn't be there until the next day. This happened in the afternoon so I find it very hard to believe that no manager and no assistant manager would be at the store until the next day. read more

We are new to Palmdale and I have seen this place as I drive by very often and today I decided we had breakfast there. It is amazing the home made salsa is delicious. My family is hard to please at one spot and we constantly go from place to place trying to please them. This time we all agreed that the food we had was amazing. How have I not written a review on Doublz? Well let me remedy that. This place has the best Chicken Salad in the A.V. (small is large size and large is enormous) also comes with delicious breadsticks. Their breakfasts are bomb. Their fries are yummy with a slightly spicy seasoning and the hamburgers are ok. Convenient location, never crowded and the drive thru is efficient. My son loves their cheese quesadillas! read more

I've been coming here since I was a kid , this place has always maintained their good ass food even though it's unhealthy at times haha. There's a home-like quality about their burgers. And their service, because you can tell, their staff is all friends and family. It's not the place to go when you're looking for fancy or artisan. It's the place you go for old school burgers and fries. They have reasonable prices! And they have fast service! Only getting a four because their burgers are kind of bland. Chili cheese fries are always on point. Breakfast burrito with extra salsa is always my go to here. Finally tried something different and you shouldn't sleep on the steak taco. I thought it would be pretty mediocre but it was late and it was Mexican Independence so I said screw it and decided to order it. Double tortilla, steak, cilantro and onion and some surprisingly bomb salsa. Salsa taste so much better on that simple taco that I asked them to put it on my breakfast burrito the next time I went, turns out it's the same salsa. The chili cheese fries are definitely the best I've ever had. Great fried zucchini too. Everything else is your typical greasy burger joint. Nothing to brag about. And it's true. The female cashier that I've dealt with there is not very friendly, but at least you don't have to tip. read more

I wouldn't recommend anybody go to this location because this location is absolutely disgusting the service sucks and also they do recycle food. I order a chicken sandwiches without mayonnaise and they put mayonnaise on it. I took it back and I literally watch the chef took the chicken of the sandwiches and put it back in refrigerator. I went in the drive-thru and paid with a debit card, I saw the fat flat chested lady swipe my card and for some reason she took a dollar from the register try and put it under the tray. I think she may have added a tip or charged more somehow on her own but the receipt out to what was said. I'll never go there again, too many skimpy thieves working fast food in the AV. I could think of no logical reason for her to slip a dollar under the register like she did. On top of everything, the fries changed and aren't anywhere near as good as they used to be. read more

Never had an issue with Doublz until now the didn't even put chili in my chili cheese fries the put be tiny scoop and all cheese went back to asks for more chili but it was a problem. Like I said my chili cheese fries never looks so empty and no chili. It was a problem just to get chili charging me an extra 3 dollars. And the employees were very rude about it. read more

The chicken salad is a very generous size and it's tasty as well. The only thing I wish they'd add is croutons.
