Tried 5 guys now 2 times and love love love these burgers. Honestly I will never eat Burger King, carls or In-N-Out ever again they were so fresh and so full. We ended up getting a free shake as they made 2 by error for another order and that was very kind of them in stead of throwing it away, my 4 year old got to have a yummy treat. The establishment is clean and the staff very friendly and happy to help. We will for sure be back. read more

I love the fresh ingredients and the option to choose all the toppings you want on your burger. The food was decent, and you can even grab some peanuts while you wait. My only complaint is that wrapping the burgers in foil makes the buns soggy, which isn't very appealing. read more

Food was really good! I ordered the jr cheeseburger all the WAY, which is always plenty and my hubby gets the regular cheeseburger all the WAY and that fills him up as well. Fries were fresh and yummy and you can't beat the peanuts to snack on while you're waiting. Service was fine, nothing note able. Restaurant was clean, but hubby said men's bathroom was bad and floor was sticky, yuck, hence the lack of the fifth star. Had I know that before I ate, it might have lessened my experience. I stopped by on Sunday afternoon to pick up some food after arriving at the nearby Embassy Suites. The girl at the counter was very friendly and the service was great. I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger and a small order of fries. 5 Guys is great in that you can order a bunch of toppings for "free", although the price of the burger is kinda steep. Ordered through their app Told me it would be 10 min for curbside Came in to the store because the app didn't register it for covid 19 free pick up lol I was the only one there at the time While I'm at the store I see that they wrapped my hotdog order without the hotdog!!! Like wth is wrong with this place. Then I see the fry guy load up my fry bag (I ordered the large $6.99), gives me these old fries and to make it worse doesn't load the bag with the extra fries. I asked him is this what a large fry is? A 21oz cup? He said he would "get me" but decides to load a 21oz cup and give it to this other lady without giving her the extra fries either! I get it times are tough! But I highly doubt the fries come out of this dude's budget!? I asked for my $5 milkshake for the 5th time and he finally gave it to me 3/4 full. All I have to say is $8.39 for a hot dog with mustard and onions. That is absolutely asinine!!!!!! I've had their dogs once before and they are good, but not $8.39 good especially when I can make the same thing the same way at home for a lot less. I would much rather make the drive to either Moreno Valley or Buena Park to a famous hot dog restaurant Portillo's Chicago hot dogs. Bid menu better food and a lot cheaper. Even closer than Portillo's which really are the best. I would drive to Reseda to Fabs Hot Dogs which also is cheaper and puts the hot dogs at Five Guys to shame!!! I remember when 5 Guys announced they were going to open in California and that they would put In-N-Out Burgers out of business. It's funny they built so many 5 Guys close to In-N-Out's restaurant and I can't tell you how many 5 Guys have closed yet not 1 In-N-Out ever closed. Granted In-N-Out doesn't have hot dogs, but they put 5 Guys to shame in Quality and price. Portillo's and Fabs hot dogs which you can also get burgers put 5 Guys to shame again in Quality and Price in my opinion. Love me some five guys! Don't be fooled! It may be a burger joint, but you can get anything bunless (if you have dietary restrictions) and still enjoy that burger awesomeness! You can get it wrapped in lettuce, or in a bowl/tray. Always fresh fries and burgers cooked to order, the way you order. This location is always clean and kept nice. The only part that was a bit confusing foe a second was the bathrooms. They have one marked for women and another that has a blank symbol....and small letters that say it's "all genders". Don't waste your time supporting this restaurant. Ordered curbside pickup and got stood up. No service, no way to contact them upon arrival, they online app is not supported, the excuses are limitless. Phones are busy because they are left off the hook. Terrible experience trying to give some local support. Tried to contact them for over 30 minutes after arrival and nothing but a busy signal. Their solution to a refund was to have us come back to get a refund. No way to do a credit or charge reversal without us wasting more time coming in to town. OMG, who manages this place?? read more
