I had an instant headache and have had numbness in my left leg since his final adjustment. He used his authority to punish me for rejecting his romantic interest towards me. The only reason I couldn't press charges is because there was "insufficient evidence," but that doesn't mean he didn't assault me and it doesn't mean he won't hurt you. Hawaii is a one-party consent state, which means you can record your interactions with doctors without their consent and can use it in the court of law. If you choose to work with this "doctor" I recommend doing so to protect yourself.
