Some of my symptoms improved, but I was still experiencing debilitating digestive, hormonal, and sleep disturbance issues that were severely impacting my quality of life and my ability to function normally. Enter Dr. Shiva and her staff. From the very first phone call in spring 2023 I felt so heard, welcomed, and cared for, and that has continued to be my experience every visit since. Dr. Shiva asks questions I had never been asked before, and was so thorough in her developing her understanding of my problems. She diagnosed iron, b12, and vitamin d deficiencies with a full panel blood test immediately. Not only that, she diagnosed my sibo shortly after and the treatment plan she gave me was successful. The most important aspect of my care, however, has been my hormone therapy. I was suffering from a vicious cycle of severe estrogen dominance that not only was contributing to my endometriosis pain and inflammation symptoms, but was also disrupting my sleep, thinning my hair, and giving me terrible anxiety. She immediately knew what to do- the excess of estrogen in my body was causing me to produce near negligible amounts of my own testosterone, and I was put on bio-identical hormone pellet therapy. Within a matter of a few weeks I felt like a completely new person. I lost weight, my hair and nails got stronger, my insomnia disappeared, and my stress levels plummeted. When we combined the testosterone with a short course of ultra low dose tirzepatide, I lost ten pounds of stubborn fat and inflammation that had bothered me for years and have maintained a healthy weight on my own ever since. There is a lack of credible research supporting the effectiveness of a 7-8 minute set of exercises in increasing bone density. EFFICIENCY: No efficient way to work with Osteo as they change and/or reduce hours from the stated times on the webpage. 3. We feel so blessed to have found Dr. Leibow, as he's been amazing in helping us with our youngest…read moreboy's severe eczema. Our son developed eczema from only a few months of age, we endured much pain & suffering (physically & mentally) as we struggled to get the eczema under control for our little baby, we felt so helpless at times as it would get so incredibly terrible. We had worked with multiple natural remedies/protocols, and a little over a year later, we finally started to make significant progress, but could never get the eczema fully healed visibly, with periodic flare ups and just general persistent redness/itchiness. We discovered Dr. Leibow when our son was about 1 1/2 years old (mid 2016), and with only a few sessions, bringing Dr. Leibow up to speed with our journey and goal to get the eczema completely under control... we finally accomplished what we were hoping for! With the very first treatment he prescribed, Dr. Leibow helped put the nail in the coffin to our son's eczema... within a month the eczema was gone, and we haven't had a single issue with eczema ever since! To this day my wife is still in shock and awe this was all that was needed to end our near 2 year nightmare! Beyond this point, we blindly hadn't found enough of a reason to really need Dr. Leibow's services. We kept in touch from time to time playing with the idea of enlisting Dr. Leibow for our family's overall well being, but then moved out of state in 2022 and never followed through. Granted, with NAET, we had completed the basic foundational treatments, and were told we would 'now' be ready to tackle the main things we wanted to begin with, but it was so incredibly discouraging to always hear yet another excuse for why nothing is happening and being shown we'll probably need another $6000 before we get close to our goal, and that's a very non convincing IF. So as we considered alternatives, it dawned on my wife that Dr. Leibow could possibly help?! Why didn't we think of this sooner?! A quick consult with Dr. Leibow and we're back in business, but not only for our son, but we've also decided to have him assist with the well being of our entire family for an entire year and all for significantly less than what we've spent on NAET! Now, to be fair, the verdict is still out regarding my son's allergies. We've only started to work with Dr. Leibow in this regard and ran into some unexpected delays... but with what very little we've tried with Dr. leibow's guidance, he's already starting to see progress! Perhaps the work with NAET the past year helped this along, but for the first time our son has been able to tolerate certain foods with significantly less to no reaction, he's never in his life been able to do this before.
