I started seeing Dr Todd in the middle of May to help me with chronic TMJ and neck pain I've had for years. He assed me my first visit, adjusted me and worked with me and my other doctors to make sure I got fitted for the correct night guards to help me long term even post adjustments. I have gotten treatment from a few Chiropractors before, and I can 100% say that Dr Gewant spent more time and energy than any other doctor (chiropractor or otherwise) trying to understand my concerns, explain treatment options, and explained what he was doing in real time. Dr Gewant is awseome! I came in with pretty severe SI joint pain and sciatic from spinal misalignment and disc bulges, and over the past month he has significantly helped me to heal properly. You can tell that he really cares about his patients, and he sets realistic timelines for recovery. Dr. Todd was a miracle worker last week! I threw out my back lifting weights 2 days before a golf tournament and 3 days before my 30th birthday weekend trip (more golf). I was on a trip out of state and decide to get a massage to soothe my sore muscles after a bad flight. Within an hour after the massage, I was in so much pain in my lower back, that I couldn't turn, sit, stand, lay down - everything was so uncomfortable. I had never felt pain so badly in my life. The rest of my trip was horrible because of the back pain. As soon as I got back to L.A. I looked for a chiropractor and got into see Todd within two days. By the end of the first appointment, I was pain free and could touch my toes. After that, I saw him religiously once a month and my pain never returned.
