There was a little hiccup at the end at the cash with the staff member ringing up the items while she was making the different items, then forgot that she rung it up in advance and when I finally paid, she rung me up twice for 2 items. She had to call the manager who resolved the issue over the phone, but I would suggest that staff members should have a better means of resolving refund issues quickly when managers are out of the office. I didn't mind waiting but then more customers came in and I could see the staff member started getting stressed and I felt bad for both staff member and the new customers who were waiting.
