Arrived just a few minutes before scheduled appt.. five stars for promptness.. Darrell and his employees friendly and professional.. It's great to see the boss actually doing work along with his employees.. Says a lot about someone's character.. You could genuinely see how he takes his time to train and nurture his staff, and the gratefulness they feel towards their boss.. Which in turn, shows through with an outstanding job performed..!! My windows, screens and tracks are shiny! Price is reasonable and we'll worth the investment! Looking forward to another cleaning! I scheduled an exterior window cleaning for 9:30 am but realized that I had somewhere to be at 10:30 and I reached out to him the morning of and he was totally cool with coming early! He actually showed up 15 minutes early and got right to work. He was here from 7:45-11:30, he was actually still here when I got back. We have a new house with extremely tall windows and he was able to get to them all and they look as good as new, if not better. Next time I will have him do the interior. Talk about a great group of guys. Their work is impeccable, so much cleanliness, attention to detail, and just the way they interacted with each other was great. I had gotten another quote before calling DB painting to get a feel for the market price in this area. I had read all the wonderful reviews and was a bit worried what this bid was going to look like. He was on time and very professional. It took him several hours to clean up the mess that I had neglected. My gutters look brand new. He bagged up everything that he removed from the gutters and carried it away with him.
