We needed a few large trees removed at my home and I thought of an old friend who has always worked hard and with integrity. I've known Douglas for over twenty-five years and have always trusted his work. I called him and he came over the following day and gave us a quote. Little late in posting this, but Doug did a great job at our property a few weeks ago when removing several stumps from trees long gone and pruning a few others requiring TLC. We used Douglas Cicileo's Tree services last week and it was a comforting experience. Jesse was on time, professional and easy to work with from the start. He came over and looked the the project and sent over the pricing immediately. We requested for them to put us on their insurance, so that any mishaps would be covered, and they did that. The fan palms were 55-65 ft tall and were close to a busy street, and the queen palm was right by our front roof. The 4 guys who came to do the crazy and dangerous job were friendly, efficient and careful. These tall palms gave me vertigo just to look up at, and gave me nightmares, but thanks to these guys my husband and I can now relax. We didn't realize the amount of work involved and really appreciate a job well done! We would recommend them to anyone looking to get the job done right. To anyone looking to get trees/tall trees cut. Budget can always be a factor and your gardener's "friend will do it for cheap", but unless a company is insured and is willing to cover themselves and your property in case of "accidents", don't take that chance. Cicileo's trimmed the trees around our condos and were so efficient and quiet, I barely knew they were there, though they did A LOT of work. Access was limited to some of the trees, but they had all the right equipment so it was no problem. And, the trees all look really healthy now.
