Sainz went to the trouble of printing flyers, left them in my neighborhood mail boxes. I decided to give them an opportunity on one gigantic problem tree to see if they were trustworthy enough to hire for a much bigger job. I called. They weren't. They promised a call to schedule an estimate at a certain time. No call. Even giving a 24 hour allowance. Maybe they did a good job for some people but if you are a promising new customer, I suggest you move on. Don't understand why it seems universally acceptable to make an oral contract these days and then have those trusting souls be moved to the bottom of the list. Just tell me. You do more harm to your name if you can't follow through on what you say. Where has integrity gone?! I've seen this a lot so I imagine it is currently the way of business. I wish it was like it used to be but I have huge doubts it will ever be as good. read more

Had a 40ft tall Tipu tree with large branches over hanging house, garage, hot tub, office, etc. They meticulously cut down the whole tree without any issues of the surrounding structures. It was obvious their skill level came with many years of experience​. Their initial evaluation covered various options of trimming or tree removal and helped me to make the best decision for me and my property. They are friendly, considerate, and easy to work with . As an example, during the morning hours they use electric chain saws so they don't disturb their clients or neighbors Lastly, they cleaned up every day and were reasonable in price. Based on their pricing, the quality of their work, and the fact that they stay focused on what we want done instead of trying to sell other services we plan to use them exclusively going forward. They do a great job of cleaning up the work area and are very easy to work with. Jose Sainz and his son Fermin as well as their crew are outstanding in every way from start to finish. The inspection was easy to schedule, estimate was given the following day, communication was excellent, price was very reasonable, and scheduling was quick. The best is that Jose and Fermin inspected the property, gave the estimate, and they also performed the job. Jose has 20 years of experience and he is a master in knowing exactly what to do with each tree. Five of the seven were overgrown and after his creative trimming, they have been lowered, opened up and have a nice canopy/shape. He was skillful in his cuts, making time with each tree to get it just right. His experience is obvious- Jose really knows what he is doing. His crew is top notch and left the yard very clean.
