And if you don't frequent the DMV it can be confusing. I'm mainly here to have my last name and address changed. The room is not very well laid out. There were people standing outside and I immediately assumed they were waiting in line. To get to the clerk you have to go thru a narrow hall where there are people seated and once you're in the room there are also people waiting ... the most uncomfortable part - everyone stares at you. The clerk window is located way in the back corner. I hit jackpot - the clerk was very friendly and helpful. (we've all encountered State employees who are not the friendliest) I explained to him why I was here and lucky enough I have all the documentations I needed. I was provided a number and now the wait begins .... I'm already over 40 minutes into the wait. At least I finished my review!

I'm from out of state (husband is in the military) & I had a drivers license from Texas originally. When I first walked in I was greeted by a front desk attendant. He directed me to a computer & helped me (when needed) for filing for a Nebraska drivers license. I eventually filled out everything, got my ticket & waited to be called up. It didn't take super long surprisingly! The dmv employee who had helped me was very attentive. He answered all my questions & even helped me with filing with getting a voter registration in the state. Process was quick & I was in & out within under two hours. Would recommend.

While there was a line wrapped around outside of the building, things kept moving efficiently. They had an employee monitoring the front and directing individuals throughout the line. As well as they had another employee directing people to the help windows. Upon arrival, I didn't have a scheduled appointment. However, I noticed that some individuals did. They then were required to wait in half of the line anyway, which defeated the purpose of having an appointment method in place.

The Field House gym and Base Exchange are excellent facilities. The Commissary has been improved but is still showing its age. The gas station/Class 6/shoppette/Burger King are newer and conveniently located. Gate guards were efficient and polite. We've had great service when getting updated ID cards. Overall, I appreciate having Offutt near by.

I have had the opportunity to work with Bob and Christina twice now with many years between the two instances. And both times I was treated with the utmost respect, patience and understanding. Needing a lawyer is never a fun thing but these two made it a breeze for me. They took so much time to explain processes and options to me and in a way I could understand.
