I hired Douglas Noble Painting to paint my fascia and window trim, and the results were extremely disappointing. The workmanship was poor, with multiple large drips and blobs of paint left behind. I ended up fixing several areas myself because the crew rushed off while I was still pointing out obvious issues. At one point, the lead worker actually tried to smooth out paint flaws using his finger, which pretty much sums up the level of professionalism. On top of that, the same worker was loudly dropping repeated profanity during a phone call--easily heard from inside my house and likely by neighbors and their children. To make matters worse, the owner showed up and demanded payment before the job was even finished, despite previously saying they accept credit cards. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience with poor workmanship and unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this company. read more

I called Douglas Noble Paint after taking the time actually go to two different sites, Watching his crew work. Doug came out and was very knowledgeable and helpful, I received my bid within a couple of hours, we accepted the Bid and was put on their schedule. The 3 men that arrived were the same men who I witnessed working prior. Bill, Sammy and Tim introduced themselves, and began working for the next 4 days. They did a great job preparing our house for an amazing paint job. All 3 of these men were professional taking pride in their workmanship and it showed upon completion. Very happy with the exterior painting results. All crew members were very professional with high attention to detail, and quite friendly. The house and deck had some complex issues, so the crew made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. They used a higher grade of paint than others I received bids from. You can tell a lot about a company by the attitudes of their employees. What a great group of people to work with as they painted the interior of our home. These guys take a lot of pride in their work and the workmanship is top notch. Our house interior had been painted before we moved in and we didn't like the color at all. Also the previous painter wasn't careful and there were a lot of places where the paint edges were sloppy. Doug's crew was able to get that corrected and the lines are now straight and crisp. We shopped around for a reliable house painter and Douglas Noble came highly recommended by our next door neighbor. In this time of COVID, it was nice that a contractor shows up when they said they would. The owner Doug, came to our house and spent almost two hours with us explaining in every detail what would transpire if we hired him. We were very impressed with the amount of time he spent with us. His quote for painting the outside of our house was very fair. His company was very concerned with the weather and kept us in the loop should they need to reschedule our original start date. On the start date, his crew showed up and they were all very professional. They did an outstanding job and they finished our whole house in just three days. They took down all of our outside lights and they installed the new ones that we purchased. They delivered on everything that they promised and we could not be more happier.
