I had to replace my phone and my customer service rep Tim went above and beyond to make sure that my new phone exchange from my iPhone 15 to iPhone 17 went as smooth as possible. However there seemed to be several miscommunications and errors made on the part of T-Mobile themselves and NOT the CSR Tim. I appreciated his direct communication with T-Mobile and making sure that the mistakes made on their end during the transaction were not an inconvenience to me. Even though the entire process took over 3 hours and even into the following day, Tim continued to deal with T-Mobile on the back end while making sure that I left the store that day with a functioning phone and he shouldered the entire transaction for me which I appreciated. I wanted to give 5 stars but I just couldn't due to the lengthy hassle caused entirely by T-Mobile themselves. I'm grateful for Tim's take-charge attitude and professionalism he maintained while dealing with difficult reps on T-Mobile's end. It's hard to find service like that these days and I wanted to make sure his 5 stars service was acknowledged. Thank you so much!! read more

Extremely frustrated with US Cellular in Roseburg Oregon went to pay my cell phone bill roughly 15 minutes prior to them closing and the customer service representative told me that he closed his teal out early that afternoon so he was unable to accept my payment of cash but if you wanted to I could have ran a credit card which makes no sense why they would only accept a debit credit card transaction but not cash I feel this is poor customer service and that you should as a customer or a member of a organization be able to make payments from the time the store opens to the Time store closes I feel this is poor representation of a large corporation and that changes should be made read more

I have been with us cell for years and have never felt the need to review. Today Matt took over 3 hours of his time to make sure I was getting the best deal on my bill, to set up the two upgrades and new phone line I needed, did not try to sneakily sway me in any direction but provided honest reviews of products and services. Although it was a long day (as I always plan for in any cell phone store), I ended up walking away with three new phones and accessories, a much cheaper bill than I walked in with, and something awesome for me (and I wasn't getting a new phone). So, fantastic customer service kiddos to Matt for listening to all my rambling and being a really awesome person to deal with (and major props to Brandon too, for answering a bunch of random questions). I will start by saying that this review isn't necessarily meant for this branch particularly, however this is where I purchased my contract, and this is the store where it all began, and I have had issues here as well. I wish I could give zero stars- because I would. I have been a customer for several years now, have 5 limes, 3 of which I have unlimited data, and 2 with a certain amount, and have yet to go over. This last weekend I took my son to Portland, 3 hours away from our home, in our home state. We left Saturday and we returned Sunday evening. Yesterday, (Thursday) I got a text from U.S. Cellular stating my line was being suspended due to a violation of terms of service. So her I am out doing business and have no working phone. I call them, the issue is that my phone was roaming while I was in Portland because apparently us cellular has no coverage there, so the piggy back off other towers and we are only allowed to use a certain amount, then we start getting charged. So rather than a curtesy call, they shit my phone off to prompt me to call them. Then they explain why this happened. So I ask, if you don't cover portion which is so close to my home then is it safe to assume that anytime I go over an hour away from home I need to make sure I have coverage, do you suppose I carry a coverage map around in my pocket and anytime I go anywhere I refer to this to make sure. U.S. Cellular states, I can see how this sounds and I can suggest that you may call us and ask, or view our website there is a map there. WOW!! This is the 3rd incident with this company since December. Will be adding 2 more reviews. Will also be paying off our phones, and buying out the contract. Switching companies, making sure all of my friends and family are aware of the issues this company had caused me. And making sure they know they slimy way this company does business. I am truly amazed that a company can still do business this way and survive. However, they are just that good at fooling people. And unfortunately for most people who get locked into a contract, they can't afford to get out of it. But I can, and I will. I tried their cell phone and unfortunately the coverage didn't extend out to my location. After two days I returned it to the local office and part of the procedure is talking to someone from US Cellular. Then I get a bill for $250 and they seemed oblivious that I had returned it. The wait to get through to their customer service is a minimum of 15 minutes. Of course the first guy I talked to had to refer me to someone else. I am now on my THIRD 15 minute wait. Unacceptable customer service. I tried to set up an on-line acct and they sent a text msg to a regular phone. Genius. Correction - got cut off - I'm now on my 4th 15 minute wait. Update, I was told to just wait for the corrected invoice and everything would be fine. So today, 11/21, I get a call from the billing dept wanting to know why I haven't paid my $250 bill. So for the 4th time I explained that I returned the cell phone but am keeping the home phone. After a half hour the agent finally says. ..."yeah, you should just wait till you get a corrected invoice." They apparently cannot see a corrected invoice until the computer runs it at the end of the month - so they just mindlessly dun you whether you actually owe or not. 3rd world/3rd rate computer system. Agents aren't at fault - lousy system design. I strongly recommend you try using two cans and a string before getting involved with US Cellular. Further update. Even though I've been told two or three times now to wait for the updated invoice the US Cellular automated system is calling my house twice a day telling me to call them immediately regarding my account. read more

Just got a d link router. It was the last resort for internet! Satellite failed and very expensive. Big contract. The us cellular router gives great signal. Speed is good. Price is astoundingly reasonable. If you live in a tough to get internet area it is defiantly worth a try. Mark read more

No problem with the cell service. We pay on a monthly basis. Went to the store 5/1. Paid the bills due 5/11 for my and my husband's phone. The agent accidently put both payments on the same phone number. On 5/11 they turned off my husband's phone but we didn't know until 5/14. I tried to call my husband for a ride home and received a recorded message that the number was not in service. I had to walk home in 80 degree weather. The staff at US Cellular were really sorry about that. That's it! "We are sorry." I did get an $8 credit on the account for the days we didn't have service. read more
