Mr Brotherton showed up at my house and replaced my ac with a much better one. This cost me around…read more5,600 dollars which most likely could have been done much cheaper somewhere else. I paid the extra money because I thought I was paying for quality. I was very wrong. Not only is Mr Brotherton not professional in his demeanor, he knocked multiple holes in my walls and stuffed ventilation ducts through them, not even cleaning up the mess afterwards. He did not position the drain pipe correctly which caused the water pan underneath the ac to overflow and it caused thousands of dollars in water damage. I didn't even ask him to pay for it. All I asked was that he fixed the issue with the drain pipe. It took him 2 more visits to my house to get the pipes right. Not only that, but he and his employee broke the door to the attic. It doesn't even close now. It just hangs down letting the outside temperature flow into my house. When I called him about it, he replied, "I'm not paying for anything." I haven't seen him since. Please understand that when purchasing something such as a new ac system, there will be a warranty. So if anything goes wrong, Mr Brotherton will be the one that you will always have to do business with. I may reconsider my review if he was to at least fix my attic door, but as things sit currently, 1 Star feels like it isn't a low enough rating.
