I have been in treatment for a couple of months and the hip feels much much better. I am having minimal discomfort in my hip. The flexibility in my hip joint, lower back and right knee has improved tremendously. I have also started to do martial arts as well since my hip feels better. I was in so much pain from a work-related injury that I couldn't move my head or even sit up on my own. I had to prop my entire torso and head up on our couch just so I could stop some of the pain. (It hurt so much I was afraid to move because I thought I could become paralyzed. I'd had some neck and back issues before, but NOTHING like this.) Thank goodness I heard of Dr. Benjamin right when I needed a chiropractor. They were able to get me in the next day. At my first visit with Dr. Benjamin, I couldn't even hold the clipboard to fill out the standard paperwork, but he took me in and helped me anyway. I felt a reduction in pain during the first visit, and I was able to move my head a little afterward. He took such good care of me for the first few visits before I was able to go and get X-rays taken, and I feel that speaks volumes about his abilities as a chiropractor. He was able to go in "blind" and figure out what I needed for my muscles and my spine, and I most definitely felt and saw improvement at every visit - and I still do. I have even sent my husband and son to Dr. Benjamin, and we will continue to see him regularly. I am not out of the woods yet since my entire spine was out of alignment (my neck was so bad I had a reverse curve at the base of it), but I would never go to another chiropractor or let my family go to anyone else.
