They also left a mess on the sidewalk in front of the neighbors house. There is no fix for their blatant disregard for our property because we did not hire them. Can't get our money back.They also can't replace vegetation that was planted 20-30 years ago. It looked like they were running out of time so they rushed to finish up? Really disappointing to see a business with such low standards. They did send out a rep to talk to us but there is nothing that can fix this. She said they were going to "write up" the person who did this. Write them up? He should be retrained, demoted or fired. Disappointing. :( I would give them zero stars if I could.

They were very attentive to other trees. The crew was very friendly. They worked very hard. They removed both the trees and they chipped the entire trees. They took the large pieces of the trunk and with chainsaws cut them into smaller pieces so they could put them all through the chipper. The price was very fair and reasonable for the amount of work that they did. Even cut down the top part of a tree for no additional charge. I also had other branches on my property that they chipped as well without any additional charge. I definitely will use them again if I need any tree work.

The owners of north bay were on the property the whole time working with their crew. Really, I can't say enough nice things. The quality of work was exceptional- we had multiple 60year old fir trees done. They were able to tell us which ones were healthy and which ones were not, and some had to come down regardless as they were a threat to our home if they fell. The trees were about 110' tall and close to the house, but it wasn't a problem for them at all. They even took the stumps down beautifully. They do small stuff too, they trimmed bushes that we had failed to maintain because of the location on a steep hillside and our lack of knowledge. Their climbers and other workers were professional, they worked safely and without any more noise or disturbance than necessary and all of them behaved like people we want to have working at our home. The price was more than reasonable, and they went above and beyond - even taking out a dead branch on a neighboring tree (that we had talked about and they knew we planned to do in the future) Francisco and Daniela went above and beyond.
