Absolutely fantastic job! From the first call (which was responded to promptly), this company was efficient, prompt and professional. It's amazing how fast 20 years goes by, and trees just grow and grow and grow. Alonzo was very prompt when coming to provide the initial estimate. (My husband was impressed that both he and the other team members were wearing uniforms.) He listened to what we wanted done and our concerns (not to trim too much, check nests for any baby animals, cleaning up the neighbors' yards). When his team arrived, they parked their truck in our driveway and immediately put a tarp under - it was a new truck, but they wanted to make sure it didn't leak. What thoughtfulness! They worked the entire day and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up the neighbors' yards, and even cleaned our backyard better than it looked before. Our 100 year old 120' Monterey pine wedged between two houses died suddenly. Forsec Jr. removed this tree with teamwork and skill that rivaled what would be expected of a neurosurgical operating room team. Using only ropes and chain saws they achieved what looked to be impossible.; Other tree services had wanted to use a street closing crane for several days at jaw-dropping expense. These guys were fantastic! I called on a Friday (and Erick actually picked up the phone, no messages here) because a large tree limb had fallen onto our patio furniture and I figured our tree needed a trim. Had these guys out this week to take down three trees, each about 35-40 feet tall. They were punctual, professional, and were careful of our property and plants. They chipped the trees in the chipper out front and cleaned everything up. Done in 2.5 hours and did an excellent job! I absolutely would recommend or use their services again. Just absolutely the best. I've had many tree services over the years, Fosec & family hands down the best. Rates are never shocking, very reasonable, but the quality of everything they do is the best. I've had them to my house many times to take out palms, grind stumps, help with 40 foot high, roses, oaks, you name it. They leave everything far more cleaned up than it was when they arrived, and are very easy to work with. I can text the brothers, they always reply, we have a great flow so I never wonder when they're coming or if they will reply. Very professional. When a neighbor told us that one of our giant palm trees was swaying particularly bad in a rainstorm this past February, we knew it was time to make a decision. We called several tree service companies including this one. They were the first ones to arrive on the scene and assess the tree. They told us that the leaning palm tree was healthy, but that mother nature cannot be counted upon and they couldn't guarantee anything. We talked to a couple other tree service companies and decided on this one. We finally had the work done this past Friday where the tree company had to remove the giant leaning palm and clean off the other two giant palms. They gave us a very competitive price, they were on time, it was a job well done, it was very clean when we got home from work, and many of the neighbors commented on what a great job they did. Though I was sad to see one of the three of my giant palm trees gone, I know it was the right thing as safety comes first. The way the other two trees look is just perfect. I was very pleased with a tree removal by Fosec Jr Tree Service. The fallen tree fell onto other trees along the creek embankment. A crew of four with proper equipment and tools, quickly and quietly as can be expected, removed the tree, grinded the stump, and did a nice clean up in under four hours. A bonus was they caused very minimal impact to the creek embankment. The crew was masked, professional, and pleasant. Fosec Jr Tree Service is absolutely the very best tree service! Their quotes are fair and reasonable, especially when it is a really big job! They cut back 5 100ft eucalyptus trees along the back fence line of my property to halfway, and cut to ground 3 60ft trees, 2 pine that were leaning precariously over my neighbors yard, and a cypress in my front yard that was way too close to home for fireproofing necessity and casting shadow over my solar panels. It was the most incredible event to watch their treemasters climbing and tethering ropes, cutting and removing all cuttings. They chipped them right in front of home and cleaned up all the debris in yard and street, as well as neighbors yards. It is a complete transformation not just for my yard, but my neighbors as well. With all the rain and ground water building up it became a safety issue to get these trees managed quickly, they were back 3 days later and knocked it out in one day. The team was amazing! We have four ornamental trees of different species, each about 30 feet high, spread around our yard, and a very tall, gangly, woody pittosporum hedge along one side of the yard. This is the second time we have had Eric and his crew come to prune and trim our trees. I am so happy with the job they did. They pruned and shaped the trees and trimmed the top of the hedge exactly as I had asked. The trees and hedge look beautiful! The men were extremely careful in our yard, and didn't step on any plants or let the branches fall all over the place. They cleaned up and chipped everything. To avoid using Davey Tree Service and having a badly shaped tree I hired Fostec Jr and asked them to cut my tree back just beyond the prior cuts made for the same purpose. What I got instead was a tree drastically cut back to below the telephone lines with only the large branches remaining. It looks just awful and will be years before the tree comes back. read more
