We told Home Depot we needed Rubbermaid shelving to be installed in our laundry room. Mr. Perrin had us waiting for over two weeks with the estimate. And finally, it came... we had received an e-mail from him stating that he would be charging us over $1500 for installing six Rubbermaid shelves. This low life was not open enough with his clients to say he was not interested in the project anymore. Obviously, not enough in it for him to make it worth his while. I have serious questions for Home Depot but more than anything for Mr. Perrin. Who does that? What kind of work ethics does he support? A guy with a huge ego and no substance. Avoid him.
