I phoned Raven Lock and Safe on a Saturday and spoke to Erich. I explained how 2 days prior to my phone call to him, that when I would put the key into my street side mailbox, the key would go in but it wouldn't turn. I tried every hack I saw on You Tube but none of it worked. I was desperate to get my mail and saw that Raven Safe and Lock was highly recommended. I also heard from a clerk at Safeway and a neighbor that they were the best in the trade! BOY...were they right. I phoned at 9am (they are a mobile service and open 24 hours!) and expected to speak to some burly old cuss who would consider me a nuisance phoning on a Saturday. I was completely mistaken! Erich was absolutely stellar and professional in taking my information and accessing the problem. He said he would be here at 11am, but got here a whole half hour early! He fixed the problem with the stuck lock and was on his way within 15 minutes! It was very affordable...actually downright cheap for a Saturday!
