I paid lot of money for a custom cabinet and was treated with disrespect and like my business was…read morenot important to them. When the installer came to install the cabinet he left the boxes and a debris pile in the driveway. When I asked him why he was not taking it (when he had a huge pickup truck and a huge trailer hooked onto it)? I found this very perplexing. He said usually there's a debris trailer on site. He said he would call the owner to come and pick it up. This is the most unkind act I have encountered by a contractor. I let the owner know about this experience and he did not respond. A subcontractor in my experience has always taken away the debris themselves. This is the epitome of bad customer service and an outright act of unkindness to a customer. Also, I accommodated this business by paying 100% in full up front. I would have withheld payment until they had taken care of the debris. Very disappointed.

They wanted to charge $325 "because it was a weekend". I explained It's a new unit less than 2 years old... they went back and forth with me not wanting to respond until a week day without charging me. This is extremely frustrating. This company had no regard for me being without air conditioning in Florida with an eight month old at home. They were more concerned about it being a weekend and only wanting to send someone on a week day. I'd choose a different company all together if looking for a new system or maintenance.
