I was really pleased with their quality and their prices beat anywhere else I had been. I highly recommend stopping by often to see new inventory. The delivery charge to Crawfordville was very high, so I had one of the guys rope in onto my car for me with my own rope. I just had to drive very slowly with it on top of my little car. The other furniture seemed high priced for a discount store, but the mattresses are very affordable. I bought a queen double sided (non pillow top) and two years ago I bought a basic queen with a firm pillow top. So far I am happy with my purchases.

She was able to give a rough estimate just from the pictures we provided and got the square footage so close to the actual laser measurements they came and did before the cutting of the stone. She also honored our quote when something changed on a minor scale. The communication was superb. She was always available via text or phone. The person that came out to do the final measurements was very nice and professional. The crew that came out to install our granite were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and didnt leave until they got our approval of the job being well done. Everyone cared about their job and enjoys their job and it shows. Their prices were very reasonable. We will use them in the future if needed and we have already been telling others about how wonderful A1 is so we are spreading the word. The counters even passed the egg test of not rolling!

They do not take any returns and the exchange policy is very strict. I purchased a pair of jeans at 30% off during their one-day "small business Saturday sale". I tried them on in the store, and they seemed fine. But, later that day when I tried them on again at home using a different mirror, I realized that the cut of the jeans just didn't work for me. I brought them back with the receipt the very next day to exchange them for a different style of jeans, which happened to be a little cheaper by the way. They would not honor the 30% discount. So, to exchange the jeans for a slightly less expensive style of jeans, I had to pay $50. It just felt kinda shitty to me. I would have exchanged the jeans the same day if I had known that they were not going to honor the discount.
