We have had absolutely no hesitation to leave our newborn in her care both overnight and during the day since our baby's birth. We got the Elite package, which comes with 104 hours of in person doulas coming to your home (5+ hours during day or 8+ hours night - whatever you need) and 3 postpartum massages with some beauty items. But they have all kinds of packages to choose from, or you can do an hourly rate as well if you want to try it out. This was a lifesavior with us being first-time parents who were clueless about newborns, and it helped us keep our sanity, especially at night time!! She got me put into the classes my partner and I wished to take as well as got me scheduled for an amazing (and very needed) pre natal massage. Lorie taught our hypnobirthing class and though I knew what I was getting into, she was an incredible informative teacher and so patient with ALL of my husbands questions (and let me tell you... he had a lot). As with all of their classes, you leave with an intentional plan as well as the knowledge of alternatives and ALL options which I found really helpful. I did choose to have a doula present for my birth and to be honest, we don't plan on doing it again without her! I originally was very excited about them delivering my baby, I signed up with only 1 month to go! Had 2 in checkups at the center and 2 home visits... All but one center check up was all with Tammy. When it came time to labor I was checked for dilation at 11a in the morning by Tammy after having my water break at 8p the night before. Tammy said I hadn't dilated and wasn't having contractions so she gave me a medication to begin contractions and was told the she would come back at 3:30p to check again. Contractions began at 11:30a (30 mins after Tammy left) and were coming fast, strong and consistent by 3p and my sister had taken my phone by this time and was in contact with Tammy who said she was on the way... no one arrived until 6:30p and who did arrive was a midwife named Erica (I had never laid eyes on this woman before that moment). Erica checks me and still no dilation, she waits an hr & checks me again same... Erica says at 8p that we must transfer to hospital because my water has been broken for 24hrs and there's no progress. I am then transferred to Cleveland clinic. Erica contacts me once the following day to ask the birth stats (weight/height). I have attempted to contact Tammy every week for 2 months. Bethany is the only one who would take my call or even speak to me past the delivery of my baby. I've called, left messages with staff, and even emailed. I've done all but go up to the center and sit and wait for a conversation. Obviously that isn't happy with a newborn. I was very dissatisfied and upset that I didn't receive the care that was promised in my consultation. No postnatal visits/check-ups, just absolute silence. So I personally do not recommend this birthing center. It's really sad because the reviews and Tammy are what sold me on the facility.

Having Lindsey with us provided us a sense of calm - someone who could advocate for us, help translate, and coach both of us - especially when decisions had to be made. The childbirth classes beforehand were also personalized for my husband and I and discussed not only physical, but emotional aspects of labor and delivery. Bri was with us when I went into labor at home and because of a Florida law after waters breaking if you have a home birth and 12 hours have passed you have to relocate to the hospital to give birth. Bri was so kind enough to come with us to the hospital and stayed for the whole process including my unexpected and unplanned c-section. Not only was she knowledgeable with any questions we had in the hospital but she also gave us a sense of calm and care that we so needed during that stressful time. Bri even suited up and supported us in the operating room during the surgery. Bri even stopped by our house before we got home to drop off the placenta. Bri came to our home for a follow-up visit a few weeks after our Jack was born to answer any questions or concerns we had and to see how we were all doing. We are so lucky to have had Bri on her side and appreciate her so very much! Marie came to our home for the childbirth education course. She pulled up her slides on her computer and we connected it to our television. It was incredibly helpful to learn both home and hospital birth situations as I mentioned above we had to relocate to the hospital and make some very tough decisions. This was a two-part course so Marie came to our home on two separate occasions. Marie was also there to answer any questions we had about the birth and when baby arrived and how to care for him.
