As most resell shops go, the prices on most of their shoes here are out of this world (not in a good way). The employees have also never been very welcoming. I'm not looking for a hug and invite to dinner, but in my experience they are at best indifferent and at worst almost annoyed whenever I've come in to look around. Unlike many sneaker shops they do have some serious grails here, some of which I've never even seen in person. Ordered a pair of shoes last night. They canceled the order saying "we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order". I then checked and the shoe was in stock they just doubled the price. Seems slimy to me. You should honor the price shown online, and not raise it on customers especially after they paid. I used to come here but I'll take my business elsewhere and I recommend you do the same. read more

I'm from Houston TX where most consignment shops are much bigger / more inventory but since I come to Utah for work for most of the year, there isn't much diversity over here in Utah store wise til I came here to The Doused Shop. It's nice little consignment shop with a lot more options than what the malls around here have to offer, for a consignment shop they're fairly priced / legit (if you know anything about consignment shops they charge a little bit more than market value since they have to pay overhead, employees, insurance etc) I would definitely recommend it to a friend who's planning to visit SLC also due to covid you will need to wear a mask (if you don't already wear a mask in public go freaking wear one it's not hard!) for the doused store in Murray . never shopping here again. I bought some jordens yesterday and desided I wanted a different color, I called their store 5 times and their phone was "disconnected" so I called the store in salt lake to ask if I could exchange them, and they said I could. so I went to the store I bought the shoes from in Murray, and I asked if I could exchange and they gave me the worst attitude, she just gave a no, when clearly I called and they said I could. but they decided to let me exchange, which was nice of them. I have a very particular shoe size, so I need to make sure they fit well, so when I asked them to pull my size and the manager of the store sighed and rolled her eyes. i get it we've all had a long day but that was very rude. I wasn't asking for refund I was just wanted to exchange, and those shoes are not cheap, so I want to get something I like. Spoke with the owner a few times and he's a nice guy. Sneakers are sold at great prices. Nice selection of apparel brands. SLC is limited to only a couple nice boutiques like this for street clothing and sneakers. If you're in the area, definitely check it out. read more
