Got rear end with their customer, driver admitted it was their fault…read moreright away, took pictures at scene, their insurance information, phone number, driver license, etc.. file claim same day. After repair estimate completed by their authorized body shop and 2 weeks late, they denied my claim because they said I don't have dashcam video to prove it and they taught their customer to lie about what happened without any evidence to support their denial and not take any call from me. It is my lesson to trust those dishonest people. If you face any accident caused by a driver insured by them, call police at accident scene. TAKE VIDEO AS EVIDENCE AT SCENE, BECAUSE THEY ARE LIAR COMPANY.

Although I never received services or help from here, I feel absolutely horrible for anyone that does. Not only does she have a group chat where they talk about other employees, their bosses especially, they celebrate denying customers. Just know that if you were ever denied or even called here, they talked about your situation in detail, laughed about it like they were at a comedy show, and celebrated how great it felt to do so. They get off on it, literally. Her and the other women in that group. She told me about an older Hispanic man who was in a horrible car accident, and was even crying to her. She laughed about his situation and said "yea, so I denied him. Now he has no job and has to pay out of pocket. I did that." She was so happy with the outcome. Claimed to be a follower of Christ, but I highly doubt he would condone this behavior. Do your bosses know about this? You make fun of them a lot. Absolutely despicable.
